A very welcoming and comfortable cottage.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay here. The cottage is very clean, comfortable, well furnished and well equipped, with lots of thoughtful extras provided. It is situated in a quiet courtyard and the seating area in the little garden is a comfortable and private space.Paved parking outside the door is very useful.and key collection and deposit were easy. Wi-Fi worked well. The personalised welcome tray was much appreciated.
The cottage is in a very good position to explore nearby beaches,RSPB reserves and the lovely area around Sandringham House. There are several supermarkets within easy reach and two pubs a short walk away.
This is one of the most comfortable and relaxing cottages that we have stayed in and we hope to be able to make a return visit here.
We are glad you enjoyed your stay in the cottage and enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas.

peaceful, clean, welcoming.
I found the property to be clean, fresh and comfortable. Kitchen was simple but had all that was needed. There was a basket of little extras. It felt secluded although near a road and there is a good space to park a car. Garden pleasant.
It is in an ideal spot for visiting Sandringham, having country and coastal walks, watching birds etc. Nearby Hunstanton has theatre and activity events. The countryside is refreshing.
Glad you enjoyed your stay in the cottage and for the kind review.

We have stayed at this cottage many times and the the outcome is alway the same, clean, comfortable and well equipped. 1/2 mile from Sandringham. It might have something to do with the cake that is always there on arrival.
We are glad you enjoyed your stay this time as you must have done in the past as you have visited us several times.
