• 3 double bedrooms (one with bathroom "en suite").

• Living room with rustic fireplace and covered terrace. Heated.

• Patio with utility room and toilet.

• Outdoor terrace ideal for outdoor dining (BBQ available) and with good views.

At the entrance is a wood stove that environmental entire house, three gas stoves and heaters in each bathroom.

Aufenthalt im Ca'n Ferro, Biniaraix

Ein wunderschönes, renoviertes altes Haus, daß sich über 3 Etagen erstreckt. Es bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Tal von Soller.Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Betten sehr gut.Eine Anreise mit Auto ist nicht empfehlenswert, da die Gassen sehr eng und stufig sind und es auch so gut wie keine Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Eine Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Taxi(Soller-Biniaraix 8€) ist auf jeden Fall die bessere Wahl.

Der Fussweg nach Söller entpuppt sich als schöner, bequemer Spaziergang.

In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich neben der Bodega Bar Biniaraix die Cafeteria "Es Barranc", wo man sofort freundlich aufgenommen wird.Es gibt dort neben Kaffee auch Getränke, Speisen und hausgemachte Mehlspeisen.Die jungen Betreiber sprechen Englisch.

Sensationell ist das "Nationalgetränk" - der frisch gepresste Orangensaft.

Leider ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nicht zufriedenstellend, da er weder Englisch noch Deutsch, lediglich französisch und spanisch spricht.

Der Aufenthalt ist für Ruhesuchende und Wanderer zu empfehlen.
