The complex sits on the outskirts of Tersefanou village and minutes from Kiti where you will find shops and amenities for all your needs. For your comfort the studio is well equipped for a relaxing holiday. Oven, hob & microwave, if you choose to cook in, a BBQ if you wish to cook out. Twin beds, and for your entertainment a LCD TV, DVD, Satellite.The breakfast balcony has a small patio table and chairs and the 60sq mtr sun terrace has dining & lounge suite, BBQ and loungers for ultimate Al Fresco living. The ensuite has a large walk in shower, WC & wash basin & is fully tiled, also blackout blinds and air conditioning for your comfort.

Lovely Studio Apartment

Really enjoyed our stay at this well equipped studio apartment in Elysian Fields . Location was quiet and peaceful , but within easy reach of all amenities. Good sized pool area with bar serving drinks snacks and meals . Within easy reach of beaches , our favourite being McKenzie beach just outside Larnaca . Really good food served at restaurant in Kiti square , just 5 minute drive away .

Lovely Penthouse studio

Lovely studio with a private balcony and a great sun terrace which was also very private we had the whole block to ourselves and it was very peaceful also a great base for travelling all over Cyprus the studio had everything you would possibly need and more it was great to come back and sit on the sun terrace on an evening with a cold beer having been on a road trip all day. We wouldn't hesitate coming back in the future as the owners Carol & Kelvin were very helpful and answered any questions we had straight away.

Excelent accomodation

We have stayed at this apartment on four occasions over the last 2 years and never tire of it. The review by SteveH states it all without repetition here. Whether you stay at the apartment just to unwind on the choice of two balconies at the front and rear and located at the top of the property (one of which overlooks open farmland) or used as a base, you won't be disappointed. When used as a base, a road at the back of the village provides access to the A5 motorway (5 km distance) gives you easy access to other motorways travelling West (Limmasol, Troodos, Paphos), East (Ayia Napa, Protaras) and North (Nicosia). There are maps at the apartment.

The accommodation and fittings as described by the owners are accurate and makes life extremely easy for example the washing machine allows you to wash your clothes/towels and when hung out to dry in the Cyprus sun, are ready for ironing (iron and board available) within an hour or two so consequently you do not have to worry about taking excessive clothes important with restrictions on flight baggage weights.

The use of a hire car is beneficial. As there are no easy direct flights to Larnaca airport from where we live in the UK, we use a hire car from Paphos airport and have an easy drive along the motorway to the accommodation some 130 km distance in just over an hour which is shorter and quicker than us driving to an airport in the UK which flies direct to Larnaca.

No one in our party has a disability, but the apartment and surrounding facilities are easily accessed by ramps and/or lifts for those less fortunate.

You will not be disappointed with the accommodation or environment.

Good location

I was on a business trip in January, but having stayed at another apartment in this complex in early September, this is the one i would choose to stay in for a holiday. The apartment has everything a couple or family of 3 needs and being on the top floor you can choose between joining in (the roof terrace, which is spacious, has comfortable patio furniture and faces north and inward towards the pool and bar) or keeping it private (the breakfast balcony, which faces south with rather distant sea views over farmland). As you will be at least partly self catering, there being few restaurants in walking distance, you will need to hire a car to get around and this will open up the whole island to you. Frankly if you can't or won't be bothered with getting out and about you may just as well save some of your money and stick with Spain. By car Larnaca is 15 minutes away, Limassol and Nicosia are about an hour on good motorway standard roads and all are well worth a visit as are some of the many archaeological sites that litter the island. For eating out there are loads of restaurants in nearby Kiti, but my favourite place is the village of Perivolia where the main street is closed to traffic in the evening making for a relaxing atmosphere.

But I guess you can find out all this stuff elsewhere, you need to know about the apartment and Elysian Fields. Well as I said, it has everything you need, it's basic but clean and has plenty of outside space despite being two floors up (there is a lift should you need it). There are plenty of unsold apartments in the complex, so if its loads of noisy neighbours you are after you will be disappointed. There is Wifi available at the cost of a drink at the bar and the pool looks inviting (though not so much in

January when i stayed). Like many of the development villages in Cyprus, Tersafanou has an unfinished feel about it, but don't let that put you off as it is a great base for your visit.
