We love this apartment. It has marble floors throughout. Lots of light and a great terrace to have breakfast on. Brand new flat panel TV. New, huge and super-comfortable sofa. It has dishwasher and laundry room. Lots of closet space. New furniture. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes or less. The amenities at the complex are great. The outdoor swimming pool has adults and children's pool. Big grass area around the pool to lay on the sun. The beach in Albir is beautiful and the town is full of shops and has a great variety of restaurants.

About Inma Carrion

We live in USA with our 3 years old son. We are both 40+ years old. Our family lives very near Albir and so we bought this apartment as our second home to come visit whenever we can. We also plan to come here to live when we retire.

Notes on accommodation: Smoking or pets not allowed in the whole apartment. No exceptions!!! Outside: The terrace is accessible via the living room and the main bedroom. It has outdoor furniture. It also has two brand new terrace canopies to block the sun and heat. Indoor lap pool heated. Indoor jacuzzi and 2 saunas. Outdoor pool with adult and children parts. Paddle court with glass walls. Showers. Garden with grass and trees. Children play area next to the garden and pool. Utility Room: Washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linens included. Changed and cleaned after each visit.

Great air con :)

We stayed here from 18-28 August 2017 and had a fantastic time. Albir is really beautiful. We'd stayed in the area before but closer to the beach which brought with it the associated noise level! However, this property was only 2 mins from where we'd previously stayed but offered a really quiet environment. The apartment was comfortable with fantastic air conditioning; greatly needed & which kept my children comfortable and cool. Both bedrooms were comfortable, offering a great night's sleep. The kitchen was appropriately furnished and the satellite TV and, more importantly, the Wi-Fi was truly appreciated by my husband and children!

The two pools were well used both to cool off and, when we felt up to it, to get a few laps in.

The closet supermarket, Consum, is a minute walk away, with Lidl being a few minutes more. A wide selection of restaurants are available at any turn of the street and the promenade is a delight to walk anytime of the day. I love the pebble beach, all the fun of a beach without the bothersome sand. We had a couple of days snorkelling in the beautiful waters, bringing bread to attract the fish. All in all a relaxing holiday in a great apartment which I would have no hesitation recommending! Great communication from the owner at every stage which is very reassuring. Thanks :)

Great apartment in an ideal spot

We are a family of 4 who flew to Alicante and spent a week in the apartments. It was ideal for my husband and i and our 2 children (9 & 7). The apartment has everything you could possibly need. The pool area is very clean and all the people were v friendly. It was never too busy as it has an indoor and outdoor pool. My husband and son enjoyed the paddlecourt too. The location is perfect with restaurants and shops very close to the apartment. We enjoyed Dia's which is on the same street as the apartment - 4 courses €14.95 and it was v nice. The beach is a 5 minute walk where u find lots of shops/restaurants and an inflatable in the sea which the kids loved. Would def recommend this apartment. Pablo was also very helpful with good communication. Thanks.

Fantastic Apartment with great additional facilities

We have stayed at this apartment over a number of years and will be returning again in 2018.

It is great for families and has an indoor and outdoor pool and a Padel court which has become a really popular game amongst the family.

The owners are always looking for feedback and act on it and we often find additional facilities have been added which this year included WiFi.

Inma and Juan always make the booking process a fast and efficient and we are always met on time usually ahead of check in time.

If you want a great place to stay in the great seaside resort of Albir this would be my number 1 choice.

a Gem

We love everything about the apartment. Please don't read any more otherwise we won't be able to get a space next time. The apartment is large enough for 4 adults. It is well equipped with wifi, heating, English and Spain telvision, bedding , towels and fully equipped kitchen. The underground garage is useful if you use a car.

location is about 5mins from the seafront. It has a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The communal areas are well maintained. It is near

supermarkets and the local bus stop is near by. The apartment offers peace and

quiet day and night. Albir and Altea have a variety of restaurants, tapas bars and cafes.

Alicante is the closest airport (about 40kms distance). Bus and taxi station two blocks from the apartment, 1 min walking distance. The buses take you to the main nearby cities Benidorm, Altea, Alicante.


The street where the apartment is located is perpendicular to Av. del Albir (main street) and Calle de los Musicos. It is at the level of Supermarket Caprabo. It is the same street where the Pizzeria Pza & Cia. is. Please, ask for more details on location if not clear in the map.

Payment by bank transfer only. 200 EUR reservation deposit on booking. The reservation deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The rental fee to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. There is a charge of 60 EUR for cleaning and changing linen that will be charged together with the rental fees. Cancellations to be made 60 days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.

Changeover Day:
Please inquire. Check-in time is after 3pm the day of arrival. Late check-ins are allowed until 10pm BUT you have to tell us 2-3 days before that you will be arriving late. Check-out must be by 11am the day of departure.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
