8 Primrose Court is a beautiful, well equipped apartment ideally located on Porthminster beach, overlooking the sea with views out to the harbour. It has the benefit of a parking space and is within 5 minutes walk of St Ives town centre.

Newly refurbished for 2016, the refreshed modern apartment is the perfect getaway to explore this beautiful part of the country.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, with an en-suite and a main bathroom, plus an open plan living and dining room with a modern, well-equipped kitchen.

A large balcony overlooking the sea can be accessed from the living room as well as directly from the main bedroom. There's nothing nicer than a meal or a glass of wine, sat outside on the balcony, overlooking the sea....

About Matt and Alexandra Charge

We have visited St Ives and Cornwall for years - and love it so much that we decided to buy this beautiful apartment right on Porthminster beach.

We particularly enjoy the friendly and vibrant atmosphere that the town, pubs and multiple restaurants offer - and in particular love the numerous beautiful beaches where our Dalmation Lucky loves to chase seagulls as we walk along!

Work means that home is in Surrey, but one day we would love to fulfil our dreams and move to St Ives on a more permanent basis!

A good bolt hole for a stay in St Ives

This is the second time staying at this apartment. Now our daughter has become a toddler how did that happen so fast we need to move to a two bed apartment. We have stayed at the 1 bedroom apartments in Primrose court and this was ideal.

The location is perfect with a short walk down into St Ives from the apartment and Porthminster beach is a stones throw. The apartment has a parking space which is brilliant in St Ives and this makes life really easy. The balcony catches the sun and was good for us when the daughter was asleep we could sit and have a drink in the late evening sun.

Would happily go back to this little gem again.

We loved the property, very convenient to the train station and the town. Comfortable and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at 8 Primrose Court, it was a lovely little property with fantastic views. We thought the property could do with a few more touches, i.e. milk jug and maybe teapot. Also we were a little surprised to find dead flowers left in a vase when we arrived, probably from previous clients but we thought the cleaner could have removed them ! The doors to the main bedroom and wardrobe in that bedroom need shaving off, very difficult to open due to carpet underneath. The doors to the balcony only half open, it was very hot whilst we were there and it would have been nice to open both patio doors in the living room and bedroom. Also would have been a really nice touch to have had a few dishwasher tablets left for us! We have stayed at properties before and usually they are supplied.

Perfect location

The apartment is blessed with it's own car parking space whilst being yards away from Porthminster beach. The views from the balcony are stunning.

We'd definitely stay again but remember to bring washing up liquid etc.

Perfect Apartment

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Views are amazing and lovely to sit out on the balcony. The apartment was clean & tidy with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a car parking space which is hard to find in St.Ives. This is our third visit to this apartment and we will be booking again!!!
