8 Primrose Court is a beautiful, well equipped apartment ideally located on Porthminster beach, overlooking the sea with views out to the harbour. It has the benefit of a parking space and is within 5 minutes walk of St Ives town centre.

Newly refurbished for 2016, the refreshed modern apartment is the perfect getaway to explore this beautiful part of the country.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, with an en-suite and a main bathroom, plus an open plan living and dining room with a modern, well-equipped kitchen.

A large balcony overlooking the sea can be accessed from the living room as well as directly from the main bedroom. There's nothing nicer than a meal or a glass of wine, sat outside on the balcony, overlooking the sea....

About Matt and Alexandra Charge

We have visited St Ives and Cornwall for years - and love it so much that we decided to buy this beautiful apartment right on Porthminster beach.

We particularly enjoy the friendly and vibrant atmosphere that the town, pubs and multiple restaurants offer - and in particular love the numerous beautiful beaches where our Dalmation Lucky loves to chase seagulls as we walk along!

Work means that home is in Surrey, but one day we would love to fulfil our dreams and move to St Ives on a more permanent basis!

Perfect location

The apartment is blessed with it's own car parking space whilst being yards away from Porthminster beach. The views from the balcony are stunning.

We'd definitely stay again but remember to bring washing up liquid etc.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Views are amazing and lovely to sit out on the balcony. The apartment was clean & tidy with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a car parking space which is hard to find in St.Ives. This is our third visit to this apartment and we will be booking again!!!

Lovely Apartment

View from the apartment are stunning. Although future guests should be aware the approach is very steep and a good hand brake on car is definitely needed when parking. Access to the apartment is via 3 flights of narrow steps at the back of the building, so probably not suitable for babies & young children. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival, but lacked little personal touches. Storage in the kitchen is limited, with the cleaning equipment stored behind the door in the 2nd bedroom - which is not ideal. Lots of lovely restaurants/pubs to eat in and I can highly recommend Carbis Bay Hotel for Sunday lunch. All the beaches are stunning if you are lucky enough have good weather.

Pleasant and quiet stay in newly refurbished apartment with stunning sea view

I had a great week in this recently refurbished apartment. It is equipped with everything you need from dishwasher to microwave. Also very stable wifi. Lovely to sit on the balcony with a great view overlooking Porthminster Beach. Very easy and pleasant communication with the owners. I would go back any time!
