We love Javea and have known the area since childhood and have here on and off for many years and having travelled extensively and find this part of the Costa Blanca to be one the best.

SANTA ROSA is so convenient , being so close to everything you will need for a relaxing holiday. The villa is very private and not overlooked in anyway. There is ample parking and s/markets, bars and restaurants within a short walk. The famous Arena Beach is 10 mins walk away,2 mins in the car or 7 euros by taxi.

HotTub on Sunterrace.Barbecue, equipment, 6 teak loungers. Several outside tables and chairs.Fabulous 6 seater L shaped sofas and 6/8 seat dining table in naya [covered area]. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels/good quality linen are provided and changed weekly if required.

Everything we could have wished for

The property especially outside was ideal for our family group of 9 including a 2 year old, everyone loved it. The pool and hot tub a big wow. We were well located for the beach and restaurants. A car is necessary especially if you want to visit the surrounding areas such as Javea old town and Moraira. Our family have all said they can't wait to have another holiday at Santa Rosa! We stayed in Santa Rosa as our daughter was getting married in Javea

It was the perfect Villa for us all (8 in total) very clean and tidy with all the facilities we required lovely pool, patio and barbecue area

Graham & Heidi had made us very welcome leaving beer, wine and snacks for us upon our arrival

the lounge area perfect for relaxing in the evening and large enough for a bride, 3 bridesmaids plus hair and make up artists to get ready for the big day

we did walk into Javea several times, a nice walk in the daylight but always got a cab back in the dark

I would definitely recommend this property to a friend

Fabulous large villa in Javea

As a family of 9 we stayed at this lovely villa in July 2016. Everything outlined on the website description was very accurate, great location, lovely restaurants and shops nearby, short walk to beach and fabulous secluded swimming pool/hottub. Property and layout of facilities very all that we had wished and hoped for and accommodated our party with room to spare. Would definitely recommend this villa in so much that that we have booked to return again in July 2017, cannot wait to go back.

Excellent villa with everything you need. Home from home but with a pool and great weather. Supermarket and a great restaurant close by and an easy 15 minute walk to the seafront. Loved using the spa of an evening. Looking forward to out next stay in 2017.

Memorable family holiday in a stunning location

We recently returned from a family holiday in Javea with our extended family, including three children and had a thoroughly relaxing stay at Santa Rosa. The outdoor dining area was used daily as was the pool. The BBQ was incredibly handy for family meals - especially as we had access to two supermarkets close-by and were able to cook outdoors most evenings. We ate at El Rancho one evening and found it to be a good experience - there are also plenty of pizzerias and other restaurants by the beach to choose from. The villa itself was very comfortable, had everything we needed and a great layout. The owners were attentive to our queries and requests and know the area very well. Highly recommended for an enjoyable family holiday!

Very relaxing Holliday

We travelled as a party of 6 adults and 14 month old baby.

The villa is absolutely beautiful and full of character with beautiful views from the rooftop and spacious living room.

Rooms are good size with well equipped kitchen.

We absolutely loved outside sitting area with a large dining table and a very comfy sofa, where we could enjoy mealtimes and evenings as a family and a good size swimming pool which receives sunshine all day long.

There is a gas barbecue outside which was used a lot too.

There is also a restaurant El Rancho next door which we visited couple of times. Food was very nice and we can thoroughly recommend paella . 45 minutes wait but was really worth it.

Beach is 15 minutes walk ( part of it on the side of the road) or 2 minutes drive.

The owners of the villa are very caring and helpful. They were always very quick to reply our e-mails and texts and contacted us couple times before departure to make sure that we had everything we needed at the villa prior to our arrival.
