Kent Place is a short footpath with four old semi-detached cottages just a stones throw from the centre of this beautiful historic village with its shops, pubs, restaurants and most interesting places to browse for antique and collectible items. Beneath the famous "Halfpenny Bridge" lies the Riverside Restaurant which is a great place to watch for water birds, have a relaxing drink or meal or hire a boat for a trip up the river.

We had a great time at this cottage in Lechlade. The cottage is beautiful and the decoration is delightful. There are plenty of extra touches that demonstrate how the owners take pride in it and want people to enjoy their stay. Probably one of the nicest cottages we've stayed in.
We enjoyed walks by the river just 5 mins from the door, fantastic coffee from Lynwood & Co in the village, and of course trips to some of the more mainstream Cotswold attractions - including the surprisingly delightful Dragonfly Maze in Bourton-on-the-Water.
We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay in our cottage.
It is always such a pleasure to receive kind, positive feedback from any of our guests and we really appreciate people taking the time to write a review of their experience.Thank you and please return!
A wonderful place to stay
What a gem! I loved it from the moment I stepped in the door; everything about it was so carefully thought out and I can't wait to return with my husband and children. It is "bijoux" but we got three adults and two retrievers in and still had room to spare.
Mooie vakantie streek
We hebben genoten van het verblijf.
Lovely characterful cottage, very peaceful and in a great location
We had a lovely few days at the cottage, and found it very comfortable. The location is brilliant - at the end of a short pathway off the road, but only 5 minutes walk from the village centre - and the cottage itself is well equipped and had everything we needed. It's a fantastic base for exploring the Cotswolds, and being so close to the river (with cafe, pub and boat hire) and a really nice tea room/cafe for breakfasts, lunches and coffees/cakes was great.
Thank you very much for your review. It always gives me great pleasure to know that people have enjoyed staying in the cottage and explored the lovely area.
Charming, quaint cottage in lovely location for exploring the Cotswolds
The cottage has everything you need & is in a lovely location. You can go off exploring the region by car, but equally you can leave the car behind & enjoy local walks - not to forget a number of pleasant local pubs all within minutes walking distance. Had a fab break for a few days & thoroughly recommend this cottage.
Lovely cottage with lots of character
The cottage is well equipped with lots of character. The wood burner was welcome on a rainy week in Lechlade. The cottage has everything you need and we really appreciated the little extras such as plenty of towels, the wine and chocolate on arrival. The location is perfectly located to explore the Cotswolds and within walking distance of all the amenities that Lechlade has to offer. Fantastic walks in the area as well.
