Situated in the very heart on the city close to everything

Recently renovated to a very high standard, the apartment sleeps four and has been furnished in a modern style and comes equipped with all the comforts to ensure an enjoyable stay. The apartment comprises: spacious living area with flat screen TV, sofa bed and enchanting corner seating in the Arabic style, modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area for four, beautifully decorated double bedroom, bathroom with shower. From the living area a spiral staircase leads to the magnificent terrace overlooking the beautiful Church of San Juan and Malaga city. The ample terrace is perfect for enjoying the evening sun and the beautiful views. You will enjoy a unique city break in this first-class holiday apartment.

We can provide private secure parking for 15 € per day. The parking spot is situated 700 meters from the apartment.

Ideally located in the very centre of the city in a pedestrian area. Well appointed, quiet and private. There's a lift so no problems with being on the 3rd floor.The roof terrace is accessed by a steep spiral staircase directly from the living room so bear that in mind for mobility. The bathroom is very small but functional so no problem for us personally. Within a 10 minute stroll of the railway station so easy to get from and to the airport without the need for a taxi if you're not laden down with loads of luggage. All you could want as far as shopping , bars, etc is right on your doorstep. The very large indoor food market is only round the corner too. Probably a half hour walk to the beach but there's public transport aplenty and buses run along regularly. We had a great time in the city and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Would go again. :o)

El apartamento se encuentra ubicado en pleno centro de Málaga, a dos pasos de la calle Larios. Está perfectamente equipado, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos agradables días en él. La terraza superior es un lujazo, aunque la escalera de caracol para subir no sea apta para todos los públicos. El trato del propietario fue excelente.

A lovely small apartment, good location.

This was a long weekend break. The apartment is just right for two people, in a good location within easy walking distance of everything. The location was also quiet and the added bonus of a roof terrace was lovely.

superbe appartement

Très bel appartement en plein cœur de Malaga.Très propre et très agréable.Rue très calme et piétonne à proximité de tous les commerces.Très bon acceuil par l'agent immobilier.Il manque juste un peu de vaisselles et la literie est à revoir , le canapé convertible un peu juste pour 2 adultes.A recommander.

Beautiful Location

Location of apartment was fantastic, however was disappointed that we had to ask for a kettle to be provided, towels were not changed all week, extra pillows available but no pillow cases provided, patio furniture cushions were soiled and worn, and patio was also unclean, patio umbrella shown on photo was not there. Location was fantastic, would definitely revisit area but not to same apartment.

Superb location, brilliant terrace

This is a little gem, right in the heart of the old city. My wife and I could not have wished for a better place to stay for our holiday. The terrace is a joy in the sun, and is a wonderful place to sit and do nothing with a glass of wine. The little balcony off the lounge is a fine place to sit and enjoy your coffee in the morning and watch Malaga come to life. Everything is there, and works just fine. The central location is great for walking around the pedestrian area, and it is mostly easy to find your way home based on the patterns on the pavement by the church.

Piotr was excellent as a host, and provided maps, information and best of all was willing to assist with any problem, including directing the taxi driver from the airport when he got lost (Malaga taxis are not brilliant, be warned). All in all, the best place we have stayed in many years. We will be back. Thanks again Piotr.

Perfect for a nice city break

Malaga is Andalusia's second largest city with 600,000 inhabitants and is located on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. The city has many exciting cultural activities and is in the race to become Cultural City 2016. Malaga dating back to 800 BC and has over the years been marked by the Greeks, Romans and Arab Maurer and it bears the imprint of the city today. The city is in the eyes of many partly overlooked, as many tourists choose to spend their holidays in the cities surrounding Malaga. But it includes everything you need for a perfect holiday, as it is a strategically good location. There is plenty of culture, city break, beaches, mountains and there are only 100 km to the Sierra Nevada, where you can ski. Or what about a trip to Granada and watch the world-famous castle Alhambra which is only an hour drive by car. Malaga is full of small bars and restaurants where you can enjoy various kinds of tapas and good wine. We warmly recommend the city for a perfect city break.
