About this property

Our superbly furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located on the first floor of the luxurious Royal Seacrest Resort. Set in the heart of the beautiful Kato Paphos, it is close to the popular and lively Tomb of the Kings area, but retains a quiet and private atmosphere.
****IMPORTANT UPDATE 2019: The Royal Seacrest along with many other complexes in the Paphos district will not have swimming pools & Jacuzzis open during 2019. The area around the pool will be available for sunbathing.

Furnished to a very high standard, the apartment comprises everything needed for a perfect holiday. We have a folding travel cot with matress for a small baby. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has a spacious open plan living and dining areas that include a modern fully equipped kitchen, matching oak furnishings throughout and two comfortable soft leather sofas. The master bedroom with en-suite is furnished with a King-size bed whilst the second bedroom includes two single beds. Ceiling fans are fitted throughout. The furnished balcony, living room and master bedroom offer great sea views.
Externally the apartment includes a private roof terrace complete with sun loungers that are perfect for sunbathing and a private covered parking. The complex has 2 lagoon style swimming pools, outdoor Jacuzzis and landscaped gardens (see important note 2019 above). There are lifts to all floors including our private roof terrace. Guests have the use of sun loungers and parasols around the pool area.
Perfectly situated in the popular Tombs of the Kings district and mid-way between the Harbour and Old Town, it is a short walk to local amenities including a beautiful sandy Blue Flag beach, a large selection of restaurants offering international and local cuisines , supermarkets, cafes, bars, clubs, banks, car hire and excursions facilities. Nearby are many sites of interest including historic sites, Water park, Aquarium, Bird Park, 3 superb golf courses, horse-riding, fishing, hiking, jeep safaris, boat trips, water sports, go-karting to name but a few.

Cant wait to go back

This is the best equipped property I have ever stayed in. All the furniture, linen, kitchen appliances and kitchenware you could possibly need. The location is excellent, very close to the Tomb of the Kings Road for local buses. A 20 minute walk to lower Paphos and 10 minutes to the upper old town. There are several decent bars and restaurants very nearby. there are small supermarkets nearby and a large Lidl 15 minutes walk away. The highlight for me was he balcony which is very quiet and private and affords a lovely view particularly at dusk when you can watch the sun disappear.

Tranquil location

We were very pleased with the apartment and the complex amenities. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you might need. The large balcony was shaded in the morning and ideal to partake in breakfast as it's not overlooked. The rooms have timed regulating air-con, although we preferred the ceiling fans and natural ventilation. Restaurant and shops are only a 5 minute stroll, as is the 615 bus, which runs between the harbour and Coral Bay. We had a fantastic laid back week and would certainly consider this apartment again should we return to Paphos for a future holiday.

Beautiful Spacious 2 bed Apartment

We stayed in the 1st floor apartment at the Seacrest Complex Paphos in May 2018 and arrived after midnight this was no problem as the apartment had a key safe outside and the owner gave us the code before our holiday by e-mail...Derek made everything so straightforward and kept in contact by e-mail. The apartment was immaculate on arrival beds made up welcome pack in the fridge to make a drink and a sandwich just what you need after a long flight. The Apartment it self was large and very clean with a lovely balcony and view across to the seafront not the pool as block A come out a little at the side making it much quieter the large bedrooms have air-con and ceiling fans nice and cool so you can sleep. The kitchen and lounge was stocked with everything you can think of and more for your stay. The pool area was clean and quiet with ampule sunbeds/parasols any time of the day lovely to laze around and read a book. It was only a short walk to the King of the Tombs Road with plenty of bars restaurants and a large supermarket (Lidl ). we took a path across some wast land people had made over the years quite safe to walk on but you do need a torch when it goes dark it just took a few minutes to get to the front rather than 20 minuets walking round. All in all a really lovely place to stay a credit to Derek the owner and with no doubt we will be staying there again.

We love our apartment and we have taken care to make it comfortable and to furnish it tastefully. As soon as we first visited Cyprus we fell in love with the Island. The weather is great and you are never far from the sea. We wanted somewhere to relax in the sun but also somewhere to feel at home. In Paphos we have everything that we have wanted - a superb apartment in a beautiful complex, close to everything and only 20 minutes drive from the airport.
