Lovely clean spacious
Beautiful apartment we were a couple with 3 children, The balcony /terrace is absolutely enormous. Lovely sunsets from the balcony. Games for the children to play.

Great location and plenty of space
This apartment was a great choice, there was 7 adults staying in the apartment and not once did it feel crowded. On arrival the apartment was clean, The location was fantastic and was only 3-4 mins walk away from local bars, restaurants and supermarket, The tourist information office was right below the apartment which was very handy for booking daytrips. The balcony off the apartment was huge and had sun loungers and a 8 seater table which was really nice, it also had a built in BBQ, the 2 bathrooms came in very handy as there was 7 adults. The wifi in the apartment was excellent. The pool is on the floor below the apartment and is very quiet and clean. The owner of this apartment was very good to deal with, I would highly recommend this apartment and plan to go back next year.

There are two beaches within 5-10 mins walk away from the complex and a whole host of other beaches close to the area.
The nearest airport is Almeria which is no more than 30 mins drive (approximately 55Kms) to Almerimar apartment. You can also drive from Malaga approx 2.5 hours on the motorway from Malaga or Murcia.

Transfers from Almeria Airport to the apartment can be arranged for €50
Local buses run regularly between the airport and the town.

Almeria Castle is also close to Almerimar for a touch of Spanish history.

Almeria city with many historical buildings;
The Alcazaba fortress, with its three walled enclosures dating back to 955. Its perched high up on a hill with fantastic views looking down onto the city and port.;
The Christian Cathedral dating back to 1524 which is another interesting place to visit.
Booking Notes: Arrival time is 3pm and departure is 11am to allow the cleaners time to clean the apartment for the next clients. 25% deposit secures the booking and the rest can be paid 8 weeks before arrival. If booking is before 8 weeks full payment is expected. Notes on prices: There is a £50 surcharge for groups of 7 or more. Please note the arrivals after 21:00 will incur an additional charge payable to the letting agent on arrival. The amount of the charge is dependent on the arrival time, typical 20€-30€.
