Traditional Andalusian house between Alora and El Chorro, Malaga Province - Good Access for Car and Public Transport

Casa Victoria is set on the edge of a small hamlet, its tranquil private grounds surrounded by orange and lemon trees. With beautiful landscapes of orange almond and olive groves. The house has very good access to bus train supermarket bars and restaurants for those who don't want to drive. The house is 7km from the town of Alora, this beautiful white town set in the hillsides has all you will ever need. 7km in the other direction of the house is the breathtaking El Chorro with its famous gorge, lakes and national park. Malaga and the costa del sol resorts and beaches is only a 40 minute drive away. the house is spacious, with a large veranda leading down to its own private secluded pool with large bathing area and its own bar. The house is furnished to high standard with three large bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, living room with comfortable seating and TV with UK sky channels, IPTV and WIFI

About Victoria Jones

We are a couple from Frinton, Essex. We have lived here from 2002 when we came to Alora on holiday and loved it with its lifestyle and beautiful scenery. I love walking so it's ideal here with the lakes and national park just up the road.

Why Victoria Jones chose Álora

I love the area as it is tranquil but has good access for bus and train. So when my husband isn't here I can catch a bus to Alora from the bus stop at the end of our drive. There are also trains to Malaga for a very cheap price.

What makes this house unique

The house has a lovely pool area, bar and dinning area its fantastic having our meals there or having a BBQ.

Just a letter to say thanking you for a truly memorable holiday,The house was everything you described and more. The bedding and furniture was luxurious very comfortable and spotless. Breakfast on the upper terrace and dinner down by the bar and pool tranquil and bliss.we was lucky to be there on a full moon and with no light pollution the moon and stars were mesmerizing.we have travelled to most of Spain but this area has to be the most beautiful,scenic and in our opinion "the real Spain".

We thought Casa Victoria was a lovely villa and had everything that we needed.It is immaculate inside and out and has beautiful surroundings.We fell in love with the area and are definitely going back.Even our teenage daughter loved the place as did our 11 year old daughter who spent just about the whole time in the pool,so it was perfect for us.We would recommend Casa Victoria to anyone that wants a lovely peaceful holiday where you can totally unwind and relax.

Notes on accommodation: Casa Victoria and the surrounding area is ideal for all ages with plenty of attractions for all. Check out the lakes, El Chorro, The pink lagoon, and the EL Torcal national park. There's water sports, hill walking, trekking, climbing, paragliding, horse riding, and the Costa del Sol beaches are only a 40 minute drive. Outside: The grounds has plenty of character with stone chipped drive, orange and lemon trees, a big palm tree and a large veranda with steps going to another level with your own private pool and bathing area and has its own bar and bbq area. There are fantastic mountain views with orange lemon and olive groves. Utility Room: Washing machine Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: We have a cleaning service that operates on change over Saturdays, with a change of linen and bath towels. All lining and bath towels are included. Not included are beach towels. Other: Dining room has a dining table and chairs

What a brilliant holiday!

We loved everything about Casa Victoria from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. We had a fantastic, relaxing holiday in a pretty much perfect setting. Our two teenage girls loved the pool and didn't want to do much else so we stayed around the house and pool most days although we did manage trips to Grenada, Ronda, Malaga and Marbella and a couple of evening trips to El Chorro. The pool was fabulous and we felt completely spoilt to have it to ourselves. There was nothing we would have changed about Casa Victoria - the worse thing about it was that we had to leave after two weeks!

Our normal change over day is arrival 4pm Saturday, departure 10am Saturday however we can be flexible according to other bookings.

Notes on prices:
Prices in UK pounds per week for 4 people. Add £50 for each extra person.
Bank holiday weeks in April, May, August and Christmas add £40. Included are bed linen and towels (not beach) and cleaning after departure.
