Duplex was built in 2001 and situated in a quiet corner of the complex It is close to the swimming pools, including a small paddling pool, the beach is 400m away. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. There is also a naturist beach about 10 minutes drive away for those of you who wish to bare all.

Having been coming to this area of almeria for now 15yrs now,and renting out holiday homes all over the region of almanzora, we came across this beautiful spotless home ,the property is well maintained with everything that you would need its super clean ,all the house hold gadgets work perfect its house that we felt safe to live in during our stay there,i would recommend this home for couples and familys to enjoy the beautiful almeria provence what is has to offer, the beaches are amazing with plenty of places to eat and relax,Its a part of spain that spanish people come from the citys to enjoy there holidays,, its a area that you wont find hen &stag partys from the uk its a world away from magaluf ,,and last thing the property owner alan is very prompt in answering and keeping you up todate of your booking with the transfer of monies are secure and safe , i have booked again , ,,,,,,,, fiona &paul jojiana &famly

Nice town house with a short walk to the playa

Nice compact 2 bed casa set in a pretty row of well maintained, terraced properties all within a small, secured urbanisation. Parking is quite close to the casa (so not far to carry the luggage or shopping). Small supermarkets are close by , but a Mercadona supermarket is 5 minutes away by car, should you need to do a weekly stock up. The lovely beach is a few minutes walk away, along with many various bars and restaurants.

The casa itself is clean, pretty well equipped internally with modern furniture and appliances. There are 2 apartment size bedrooms (again,well furnished), and a family bathroom. Externally, for sun worshippers, there is a peaceful, open air sun-trapped rooftop solarium. But what we did enjoy was, having a few glasses of wine on the small front terrace in the evening and talking to the other residents.

A pleasent stay

The property is exactly as it is described. Clean, comfortable and all the amenities one requires within a holiday villa. My boys had a fantastic time and loved the 2 pools, the gardens surrounding the property and pools were well maintained and friendly neighbours. Only down side is there is no air-con, it can get rather uncomfortable in the summer months. Definately would go back to the complex next year.

Very comfortable stay

Although the property is a few years old it is very well maintained and kept. The kitchen has been recently refurbished. All the rooms are very comfortable and clean. We had a very enjoyable stay in Garrucha. There is a very nice beach only 5 minutes away. There is also many bars and resturantes nearby. The apartment also gives you access to two communal pools. They are very clean and overlooked by a life guard which keep the pool areas very pleasant and safe. We would recommend to families with older children ( + 4 years old as stairs inside the apartment maybe a hazard and a cot is not supplied) and couples.

Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay in this lovely townhouse. Comfortable beds and well equipped with beautifully kept gardens. a good selection of essential shops within walking distance and we loved our evening promenade beach walks.

We enjoyed our stay in your apartment. It's beautifully decorated & provides everything needed for a comfortable holiday. The residence is well kept, with lots of flowers & all amenities are but a short stroll away. Only air-condition would be a great improvement for the rental. The children loved the pool. Apartment is in a quiet area. We highly recommend rental. Jelena and Srdjan, Serbia.

Garrucha is an authentic fish town on Almeria's coast down to Mojácar. The Duplex is within a 5 minutes walk from the Prize-winner Blue Flag sandy beach, which runs from Vera Playa through to Mojácar Playa with many beach bars, restaurants, to enjoy as you stroll by. It possesses an extensive promenade from great beauty that emphasizes the marble balustrade.


The duplex is in easy reach of Alicante, Murcia and Almeria airports. From Alicante and Murcia your transit time will be approximately one hour forty five minutes. Almeria will take only forty five minutes. All are serviced by good quality motorways.
