A beautiful place with stunning scenery very popular for water sports and plenty of walks available to everyone of all ability. There are also some exceptionally well known restaurants in the surrounding area. This property is in walking distance to Bowness where you will find a large choice of shops and restaurants. There is Beatrix Potters Attraction which also has a tea room. Cinema, Tennis, Pitch and Put and lots of different boating opportunities. On the Glebe you can catch a Steamer to take you up and down the lake. Lakes Aquarium is at the southern end of the lake where you will also find Lakeside & Haverthwaite Railway.
