Our luxury massive State of the art panoramic sea-view 7 bedroom villa can accommodate large groups as well. We can also arrange Civil and Church Weddings in Pafos; The Birthplace of Aphrodite; The Goddess of Love. The villa has 3 floors: The ground floor consists of one master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with also ensuite bathroom . Also has a sauna and a living area and a kitchenette and storage room. The ground floor also has a professional pool table/biliard. The second floor consists of a big open space living area, dining area and kitchen. There is fire place and balconies. Also there are two twin bedrooms with en-suite in one of them. The top floor consists of a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms. There is a main bathroom. The swimming pool with Built-in jaccuzi which is an ideal game for kids to play in the bubbles waters but also a perfect massage for the adults because it is so powerfull is located on the ground floor.

Fantastic villa with amazing views.

Just got back from 2 weeks away at this villa, the villa is fantastic and the owner can’t do enough for you and he was always on hand to help. I got married whilst out in Cyprus and I had the reception back at the villa, the villa is so spacious and me and the family really enjoyed our time at the villa. You will need a car to get to and from the villa but the views are breathtaking, I will be looking at booking next year and lm looking forward to sharing a beer with you again karalos. Anyone who views this villa don’t hesitate just book it as you won’t be dissapointed

Beautiful views but property a bit tired.

Arrived at property and owner there to meet us as it is quite difficult to find. The owner was superb and great though out our stay. The Villa is beautiful with great views and big enough for 12 of us plus two children. However, it is a bit tired and needs updating. The chairs in lounge need replacing. The pool table was ripped and had tape on it. The dart board was like rock and unusable. The seal had gone around the cooker. Some of the slabs had broken on the stairs going to the pool making it dangerous for older persons and young kids. Air-con not very good in lounge and downstairs games room. It is also about 1 mile into the local town. All downhill which is ok but hard work coming up. A car is essential. The last bit of the hill to the villa when you turn off the main road is massively steep and very difficult even for a young man to walk up. The owner arranged for a taxi from the Villa for 9 of us to go to Coral Bay. We were charged 40 euros for this. We took two taxis back at the end of the night which cost 24 euros for both. Felt very ripped off by the first Taxi so my advice is not to ask owner to sort transport out for you but to book yourselves. Overall we had a wonderful stay and the Villa met our needs, however we felt that the Villa was really too far from everything for us, and needs some updating of the furniture. Also very difficult to get to.

Amazing Holiday & Amazing Villa

We were a party of 11 between the ages of 10 & 50yrs and we stayed for 10 nights at the end of July 2018 in this beautiful Villa up in the mountains.. the Villa is huge, plenty of space for all of us and very well equipped. The pool and pool area is also fantastic and Karolos maintained it daily, he was always at the end of the phone if we needed him and he arranged our transfers and car hire, excellent service!!! The Villa is approx 10mins drive from Coral Bay but there are a few restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance.. the view from the Villa is outstanding and every single one of us enjoyed our stay.. We honestly couldnt have wished for any better, Karolos is an absolute pleasure to deal with and we will definately be returning. Would highly recommend this Villa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Karolos! 😊
