About Cris and Loretta
My husband and I, with our little daughter, love travelling and fell in love with the Bodrum region of Turkey on the beautiful Aegean coastline. This villa is a great place to stay to relax or be as active as you like, as all the facilities are on site. If you have any questions, you contact us.
Why Cris and Loretta chose Milas
Holiday home and rent out for others to enjoy it too. It's a beautiful area of Turkey and we love it. The resort is very relaxed and peaceful, with as much or as little as you would like to do. Great for couples, but also great for families and young children. Also good facilities on site and nearby for those who love their golf. Local buses take you to Bodrum, and from Bodrum there are many difference bus links to all over the Aegean area. There are also agencies offering competitive car hire and touristic day trips. From Bodrum you can also take regular boat rides to other parts of the coastline, as well as to the Greek islands of Kos and Rhodes. There are some lovely local supermarkets and restaurants to enjoy if you don't want to use cars and buses.
What makes this Villa unique
Very convenient and is also relaxing and peaceful. This villa in particular, has one of the largest gardens on site with views of the Lake Tuzla and nature reserve with it's glorious mountain forests. There many services on-site too, including a supermarket for emergency supplies.

Fantastic accommodation & location
We were a family of 4 and staying for 1 week.
The villa is spacious & has wonderful uninterrupted views of the hills with pine forests.
The private pool is cleaned regularly and the management team are close by for any repair needs.
Situated close by is a convenience store and another larger pool with a slide.
This is a quiet location in the hills but not too remote.
Car hire is recommended if planning to venture out of the resort, although a few small beaches are accessible by free shuttle bus.
We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this villa.
A great house which suited exactly what we needed
The house itself was a great fit for us in that we were looking for a self contained villa with a private pool. The house had all we needed (including a hairdryer) and there were lots of plates, cutlery, saucepans etc on the evenings we wanted to 'eat in'. Not having wi-fi though was a bit of an issue for the young adults (hence the 4 stars)! The pool is a decent size with a good area surrounding - you can take the back gate and walk a short distance (5mins) to the communal pool with slides, restaurant (with wifi) and shop. The on site shop is fairly basic - dry goods, water, tins and bread really. The nearest supermarket is a bit of a hilly hike if you don't use the shuttle bus (which we didn't really get the hang of in terms of timing) - there is another shop though which will deliver close to this. The trip to Bodrum in the dolmus takes about 35-40 mins pending traffic - we hired a car after a week not to be tied to the bus schedule which was great. Bodrum itself is lively with great shopping and lots of lovely food! We would highly recommend a boat trip - a great day out and good value (about £15/each). Overall, this house is perfect for families, a little bit of a distance to Bodrum itself, which we think if you had a young family would be too much every day, but everything needed is certainly within walking distance. The evenings were blissfully relaxed at the villa and it was really quiet - no issues at all. We wouldn't recommend to those with walking issues as it is quite hilly!
Cris and Loretta (the owners) were excellent to communicate with and dealt promptly with any queries throughout the booking process and prior to our departure. On our first night, the air conditioning in the main bedroom stopped working, but Sally, the property manager, handled really quickly, and it was fixed the next day with no further issue. Overall, a lovely villa and very relaxed.
Nice appartement with pool and a beautiful view
Me and my family stayed in the appartement - we were 7 persons. We had a lovely holiday, perfect weather - and we enjoyed the private pool. Since it was in the end of the season, the area was very quiete, and many of the activities in the resort were closed, but we were warned about it of the owners, when we rented the appartement. We had rented a car, and that suited us well - otherwise it could have been a little boring. The staff in the resort were very nice people, and we enjoyed the cafe of the resort, though it was closed for anything else but beverages. Since there were no wifi in the appartement, we used the cafe for checking mails etc. - and in a way it was nice being without wifi in the house.
Cris and Loretta were very helpful and gave a lot of information to make the stay better. We will say, that 8 people, that we were attended to be, could have been to many people in the house, because there were only chairs, plates and so on for 6-7 persons. The sleeping rooms were nice and functional - all of them with balcony and the most beautiful view. Also it was nice, that there were 3 bathrooms, when you are a big family. All in all it was a nice holiday in a nice house.
Many beautiful local beaches to choose from and a free shuttle service for residents to a large private beach jetty with cafe/bar. Nearest beaches are about a 10 minute drive away.
The nearest airport is Milas Bodrum (BJV) which is 15km from the resort (approx 15-20 minutes drive). You can hire cars at the airport or take a taxi. It is recommended that you try to hire a car, so that you can make full use of it and visit many of the nearby towns and villages, as well as the historical sites, such as Ephesus, Bodrum Castle, King Mausolum's tomb, the Amphitheatre and day trips to Pamukkale. There are also day trips available to these sites if you don't wish to drive.
20km from Bodrum Town (approx 20-25 minutes drive), 15km from the airport (approx 15-20 minutes drive), 7km from Vita Park Golf Resort, and within 10 minutes of the local fishing village: Bogazici.
The Tuzla Lake and its extensive wetlands lie at the end of a deep inlet from the Gulf of Gulluk and Mandalya Bay. The site is unique as it is where the lake unites with the sea. Surrounded by luscious mountains covered with a rich combination of olive groves, wild shrubs, pine and tamarisk trees, this is one of the most beautiful locations in Turkey. There is a small fishing village of Bogazici that nestles on the shores of Mandalya Bay. The village holds an important place in history as the site of the ancient city of Bargilia. Today, a few fish restaurants fringe the seafront offering the day's fresh catch and other Aegean specialties. Original old stone houses line the road and testify Turkey’s traditional village life. The Tuzla lands cover 380 hectares; it is famous as a natural sanctuary for many birds, especially in the spring. Protected by hillside covered with olive groves, pine and tamarisk trees, the sweeping wetlands are formed by the inlet from the Aegean Sea. The pelican is among the most frequent species of birds to be seen here, while another common site is the Great White and Little Egret. Between the months of October and April, Flamingos flock to the area by the thousands and are often seen flying over the resort. There is access to free Wifi at the local cafes and the sister resorts if needed.
