The master bedroom is located with access to the terrace, has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is twin bedded and located next to the family bathroom. Both rooms are spacious and have fitted wardrobes. Towels for the bathroom and the pool are provided. The living area is spacious with easy access to the terrace for alfresco dining with views to the sea and to distant mountains. With comfortable seating for 4, the lounge is a pleasant environment in which to relax in the evening with the French windows open. The dining area is adjoining with seating for 4 and located in the open plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. Sufficient cutlery, crockery, pans etc are available for food preparation. The apartment has a roof terrace with panoramic views to the sea and the mountains. Here you can relax on sun beds and enjoy the sunset in the evening. There are 2 beaches within easy walking distance. A bar, bistro and other facilities are all within the village.The village is just 250m from the Korineum Championship Golf Course, and 15 -20 minutes drive from the historic and picturesque harbour town of Kyrenia. There are many historical sites and castles to visit within a short car/taxi journey. Opportunities for watersports such as fishing, diving and kite surfing nearby. An area for marine conservation where sea turtles of the Mediterranean are protected and can be watched at the nearby Alagadi Sea Turtle Conservation and Research Centre.

The Apartment has everything you need, as far as bedding, cooking utensils, etc. Elizabeth and Jonathan are very responsive and easy to reach. Recommend this venue as A quiet, relaxing family get away.

A comfortable apartment on a quiet well maintained complex.
After having a couple of minor problems corrected, we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Its spacious, well equipped, comfortable and has the advantage of a roof terrace where you can soak up the Cyprus sunshine all day with a beautiful 360 degree vista of the sea and mountains. It is positioned right next to the pools in a nice quite part of the complex but with easy access to the main road. The supermarket on site is closed at the moment but a Tempo supermarket is only 5 mins drive away. The local bar (The Bistro) is a 5 minute walk away and serves reasonable food and drinks and has entertainment weekly. There are also many restaurants and bars within a short drive and offer good value. For anybody requiring a quiet peaceful holiday away from the usual hustle and bustle Turtle Bay, Esentepe is the perfect place. As there is no terrestrial TV in the apartment I would recommend you take some DVD's and CD's for your enjoyment.

A great variety of activities are available in Northern Cyprus including but not limited to:-
fishing, scuba diving, go-carting, paragliding, mountain biking and climbing, horse riding, boating tours and turtle watching (at Alagadi Beach). There are many historical sites to visit including the Crusader Castle, Medieval Abbeys, Kyrenia Harbour and Famagusta walled city.
The Mediterranean Sea can be seen from the apartment and there are 2 private beaches within easy walking distance. Alagadi Beach, a 5 minute drive away, is an attractive soft and sandy beach with its own beach cafe and where turtles can be watched.
The nearest airport is Ercan which is some 25 minutes drive from Turtle Bay Village. It can be reached via Cyprus Turkish Airlines and/or Pegasus Airlines. You can also fly to Larnaca Airport in Southern Cyprus, which is some 1.5 hours away by taxi.
Esentepe Village is the closest village - approx. 5 mins drive away. Here there are several shops, bars and restaurants. Kyrenia is some 15-20 minutes drive from our apartment and at the Harbourfront you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. The mountains are within an easy 10 minute drive and close by are many historically interesting and picturesque villages, churches and castles etc.
Guests are reminded that driving is on the left hand side of the road (the same as the UK).

Booking Notes: Electricity and gas are charged separately according to consumption and this will be retained from the deposit. Changeover Day: Changeover days are flexible, as are arrival times. the departure time is 11.00am -to allow time for a proper clean before new guests arrive-however, requests for a later check out can be considered on a case by case basis. Booking notice 3 days advance booking notice is normally required.
