I am a small business owner who wanted a place to "get away from it all". That's exactly what this penthouse offers. However, since I'm a long way away from retiring, I also want to share my enjoyment of Cyprus and this retreat with friends, family, and other like-minded people. I have even made friends with the other absentee/rental owners on my floor and have made arrangements with them to allow me to rent out their flat if two (or more) couples want to go together, each with their own flat. Cyprus is a lovely island with friendly people and lots of history. We just want to share it all with you, our guests.

This is located in a quiet village not far from activity when you want it. The extra large terrace is not overlooked by any other property. Some of our guests need to stay connected, so we offer FREE WiFi.
What makes this Apartment unique
The whole of Regal Gardens is divided into two halves. The penthouse is in the eastern half which is mostly owned by absentee landlords, making the area very quiet. The view from the rooftop terrace is spectacular, especially in the evenings when you can see the twinkling of the lights of Kiti with the Mediterranean Sea just beyond. It is a 5 minute walk into Tersefanou, a short 5 minute drive down into Kiti, a 10 minute drive to the beach and a 15 - 20 minute drive into Larnaca where there are many shops, beaches, restaurants, etc. The trip to / from the airport is only 10 -15 minutes. There are lots of activities for adults and kids alike. You can go shopping, trekking in the Troodos Mountains, drive to Waterworld, enjoy watersports, and take in local food and drink.

Very quiet location and fairly described. Price reflected location and amenities.
Lovely clean property with all working amenities. Had a small issue with cold water supply within a few days which was dealt with promptly after an email to letting agent. Information available concise and accurate and helpful owner provided information timeously for holiday. Did not use cleaning services but there was plenty of linen and towels available with a decent washing machine allowing us to always have clean linen available. Through choice we did not use the pool area as not immediately outside our apartment although very nearby. Loved our private patio without any onlookers. Car fairly necessary for location but aware of this and organised in advance as a result. Easy to get around the area and plenty of nice restaurants and decent supermarkets nearby with decent cooking facilities and storage in kitchen/bedroom/bathroom to make stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend property to anyone wishing a quiet relaxing break.

Beautiful penthouse in a great location for getting around. Immaculately clean and well stocked with every item for your stay. Fantastic exceptionally large roof top patio with amazing views. Communication with the owner Sandi was excellent from start to finish. We would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Just what we needed for 2 lovely weeks away.
We needed a rest in a lovely setting and this fitted the bill perfectly! Spotlessly clean, well-appointed, excellent air conditioning, spacious and with a fabulous terrace that was very private. Lift to the Apartment which avoided dragging shopping up stairs in what were high temperatures. Shady space to park the car too. Pool in the other half of the complex with not many people using it. Quiet surrounding area, some facilities in the village if you didn't want to go too far, but a short trip into Kiti gave us all that we needed if we didn't want to venture into town or further afield. Well placed for visiting other areas of Cyprus and when we did, always really happy to get back to the apartment. Excellent communication with owner and fast response time. Would go again and would recommend to others!

Our second visit to this property and I think that says it all. It's minutes from the motorway and the village of Tersefanou is signposted from the motorway. The apartment is well furnished has a comfortable bed & decent shower and has an enormous terrace. There is a choice of places to eat in the village & all are worth a visit.

We have enjoyed our stays in this apartment. We have been using this apartment on every Cyprus visit for a total of approximately 133 nights over the past four years. It is always clean and well supplied with items that make a long visit very comfortable. The owner takes great pride in her apartment. The only improvement that might be considered is added lighting under the upper cupboards so the resident could see to prepare meals and for dishwashing. The double bed is comfortable, the A/C's work very well, the fridge is a nice size and the deck is extremely large. The equipment supplied is service for 6-8 people and we have combined the two tables for outdoor entertaining on the deck. The washing machine is small by North American standards, but it works very well and we are grateful for its ease of use. Because it is so handy we can avoid bring many items of clothing. I am sum what disabled and the elevator, reserved parking , and the flat surfaces make using the walker so very easy for me to enter and leave the apartment building. In our experience, is Cyprus is just a lovely warm destination and we have been so very happy exploring all it has to offer. This apartment is close to the freeway, the airport, and to the stores. Nicosia is only 35 minutes up the freeway. So central to many of the island historical sites, beaches, coffee shops, and general accessiblity to the charm of this lovely island. 5 minute walk to Tersefanou Village; 5 minute drive into Kiti; 15-20 minute drive into Larnaca.
There is a fairly well stocked markets in nearby Kiti and Dromolaxia and a good restaurant/pub (Taberna). In the penthouse are maps, information on local activities and restaurants. We highly recommend two - Vatiliotis in Meneou (on the road to the airport via Kiti) and Militzis for wonderful Greek food in Larnaca - details in penthouse.
