About the property

Holiday Home near Newquay, Cornwall, England - This is a great location to explore Cornwall from White Cross / Trevarren. Newquay is 6 miles.

Available for Easter 18 following a late cancellation, discounted rate available.

House it has 2 double bedrooms.. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized fridge, freezer, oven, hob and microwave.

On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with TV and DVD player.

On the first floor there is one double and one twin bedroom, both share a modern shower room. The house is close to the villages of Indian Queens & Trevarren just 1 mile from the A30 and 8 miles from the centre of Newquay.

On the estate where the house is located, there is a good quality health spa for the girls, whilst the guys may have a hack around the 9 hole on site golf course. Kids are not left out as there is a large children's play area. Please email / call to confirm availability.

Dogs are welcome at £50 per week + £50 refundable deposit.

We bought this holiday property for our own use and rental. The location makes it an ideal base to explore Cornwall.

We loved the location and position of the house.

It is just like any two bedroom house.

Great children facilities.

I also own and manage other rental properties in Newquay that cover different needs.

Notes on accommodation: Cots and high chairs can be provided. Pets are welcome again at an extra cost of £45 per week. The house has full central heating. Outside: Each house has its own patio area with outdoor furniture. 9 holes on the golf course cost £5. Good Health spar is on site, treatments are extra, they can be booked online prior to holiday. If you choose not to pay the weekly leisure an Indoor swimming can be found at Hendra complex 5 miles from the house. But with the great Cornish beaches you may not need it. Great pubs are just down the road. Newquay has great pubs & restaurants. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen supplied, towels are not. Other: The rates do not include the use of the In-door pool or certain times in the club house. Large play parks around the site are available for all. Golf costs £5, treatments in the spa are as advertised.

Great apartment, good location

Apartment was clean and tidy, Atlantic Reach is a nice holiday park just outside Newquay. Ideal for exploring the Cornwall.

Owners were in good contact with details of arrivals and so on and made it clear that they were reachable in the event of any issues (which there were none).

Only criticism would be that the living area in the property would benefit from a footstool or more comfy sofas but this is a minor point.

All in all, this is a great property for a family of 4 close enough for Newquay for the surf and right of the A30 for access to the rest of Cornwall.

Accommodation is centrally located to access lots of places easily

Accommodation was of an average standard- could do with replacing the hob. Would have been beneficial to have an airer for beach towels & wetsuits to dry.

Good location on the site if you have young children. A little noisy at nighttime from the entertainment centre that we weren’t able to access.

Owner's Response: Rachael, Thanks for your review. There should have been an airer in place, must have gone walkies, we will replace it ASAP. We will also inspect the hob when we next visit. It is disappointing that the site has removed the ability to pay as you go for the leisure. However we do make it clear on both our advert & our instruction letter, that the leisure is not included. Fantastic Holiday Home with good access to all attractions.

Property is well maintained and has free parking space.

Centrally located hence providing easy access to all attractions in North,Mid and South Cornwall.

Kitchen is equiped with all necessary appliances and cutleries.

Supermarket,Lidle.Spar is about 5 mins drive away.

Provides safe and comfortable stay for a family of four.

Rent is very reasonable for the facilities provided

Good and prompt communication/support from the landlord.

We had a fantastic time while we stayed there recently.

Nice place to stay

A really well maintained place to stay, the house was just about an hours journey to most of the places I wanted to visit, with pool and spa as well in the holiday park. Minutes away from A30, its the best place to stay for the amount I paid. The kitchen floor is tiled, its a bit cold to walk bear foot, but then its not white sand to walk bear foot. Enjoyed the stay in Cornwall, Thank you Clive and Sue.

Pet Fee £45

Booking Notes:
A deposit of £75 is required with booking. Remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.

If you find identical accommodation on Atlantic Reach complex I will try and beat it.

Changeover Day:
Saturday during peak school holiday season. Weekend breaks Friday to Monday and Mid-week breaks Monday to Friday available. Please note that the check-in time is 4.00pm or later and the check-out time is 10.00am unless previously arranged with the owners.

Notes on prices:
If you would prefer the use of indoor pool and gym than please add £101 + VAT per week for off peak and £143 + VAT for peak / school holidays. (not my rates but the managements) This includes up to 4 guests. This can be booked up to 2 weeks prior to holiday.
Golf, and spar treatments can all be paid for on an as used basis.
Large Outside play park is available to all children.
Bars and restaurants on site are open to all guests.
