The house is situated on "boating beach" a private association beach. Our neighborhood also has a beautiful swimming beach just a walk away. The house has been recently updated with fresh paint, new granite counters, new bathroom fixtures, a new fridge and gleaming hardwood floors. The house is for rent fully furnished
There are 3 bedrooms. One with a king bed and sitting area, One with a queen and two twins. There are two and a half baths.
