A little oasis of peace and relaxation, Peyia Springs is a small luxurious development of townhouses and apartments. Considered one of the best finished complexes in the area, it is set in a well landscaped garden area with a large pool. There is lots of space poolside with a plentiful supply of sunbeds and umbrellas. The house has an upstairs balcony and a large patio downstairs, both directly overlook the pool and also have great sea views. The upper balcony is off the master bedroom and enables you to come out first thing to enjoy the lovely sea views. in the evening it is great for enjoying a drink while watching the sunset. The complex has a lovely garden atmosphere with Lemon, Olive and Pomegranite trees just outside the front door! It is only a 5 minute walk to the village centre where you can enjoy a taste of Cypriot life. 3km to Coral Bay beach, one of the best beaches in the area. Corallia Beach a great family beach, is a 5 minute drive away. Paphos with it's lovely harbour, waterfront, antiquities, restaurants and shops is just a 20 minute drive. An ideal spot to explore Cyprus and enjoy all it has to offer.

About Maureen Murphy

Maureen and Kevin bought our house in Peyia Springs in October 2008. It was newly built and we have spent the intervening period making it comfortable and enjoying it for family holidays.

We are now retired teachers and live in Northern Ireland so we have plenty of time to enjoy the warm sunshine of Cyprus.

We chose Peyia Springs because of its proximity to the village with all the amenities and because of the design - it is small and enclosed and provides a little oasis of peace and relaxation. Last year was the fifth time we offered the house for rent and it was great to get such positive feedback from our guests. It is lovely to see guests returning and to know that they enjoy the house as much as we do. We live in Northern Ireland and we love the weather in Cyprus, it is always lifts our spirits to wake up to sunshine.

One our favorite things is to be able to get out of bed in the morning, step out on to the balcony and see the sun shining on the Mediterranean. Each year we find something new to discover and enjoy.

We choose Peyia to buy a property in because we had spent many great family holidays there. It has something for everyone. It is has a lovely traditional village feeling but also has all the modern amenities you need. The restaurants are great and we love the food.

It is close to a selection of great beaches, also a perfect location for sightseeing, the whole of the Akamas is on our doorstep. Paphos town with it's wealth of history is just a short drive away. With the motorway it is now easy to visit the bigger towns like Limmasol and Nicosia. Last year we went over to the Northern side and really enjoyed the experience. We look forward to many more happy holidays in Peyia Springs. It is also a great pleasure to see guests returning year after year and to share their memories experiences

What makes this apartment unique

The house is ideally situated in the village and only 5 minutes from the nearest beach. The Akamas nature preserve is just down the road. We are lucky to have such great neighbours in Peyia Springs and over the years we have become friends.

Large balcony leading from living area furnished with patio table, 4 chairs and umbrella Large Swimming Pool has a plentiful supply of sun loungers and umbrellas. There are also poolside toilets, showers and changing rooms. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: A plentiful supply of towels (including beach towels) and bedlinen is supplied. Cleaning is carried out before and after occupation. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for a supplement.

Gorgeous property in a lovely location! Immaculately clean would highly recommend

Just returned from a lovely 10 days in this gorgeous town house. Everything was perfect, immaculately clean and good size rooms. Directions to the property were spot on and communication with the owner was great prior to booking. The welcome pack was really appreciated as we arrived in the evening. The location was great with easy access to Pafos, Coral Bay, Akamas, Latchi ect. I would recommend hiring a car (Oasis were fab we hired through them and were met at the airport then taken a few minutes drive to the car hire depot ) as it’s such s good location to explore the island from, The village itself is lovely with a range of restaurants tucked away and the best bakery in Cyprus! We loved the Italian restaurant that was next door to the fish and chip shop(which was also very good) the owners are so friendly (they also have the coffee shop next door with milkshakes and desserts to die for) We walked into the village some evenings, there are a few hills but good for walking off all the food and cocktails! The shared pool was lovely which at times we had to ourself! The local residents on the small complex were also lovely and very friendly offering recommendations of places to eat and visit. I would book again as it’s fantastic value for money and half the price of hiring a villa and private pool. It was very relaxing and a real gem of a location thank you Maureen for allowing us to have the use of your lovely property

Spacious, comfortable home with everything you need

We stayed in this property the first two weeks in October 2017 and we had a great time. The house is well equipped with everything you need to cook a decent meal. The BBQ was a lovely extra too - Phillipos in Coral Bay do some great BBQ packages, that combined with the lovely salad made us very happy. There is a walk up a steep hill to get into Peyia (nicknamed Cardiac Hill by my parents!) but the views at the top are worth it, especially around sunset. The local bars are lovely and everyone is really friendly and helpful.

You would benefit if you hired a car (there is parking but it's tight so don't hire a big car!) but there is a local bus service if you wanted to get to Coral Bay or Paphos.

We would definitely recommend staying here. Maureen and Kevin were able to help with any queries, and have supported us well along the way. We would love to come back again at some point soon. Thank you.

We loved this property and location!

The townhouse has everything you could need for the perfect home from home and a wonderful quiet pool which felt as though it was all ours rather than shared.Peyia and Paphos are lovely and we made good use of the rental car to explore Cyprus but couldn't wait to get back to the lovely environment and weather for the sunbathing aspect as well.

This property exceeded expectations and dealings with Maureen were really helpful and flexible.

I wouldn't hesitate to book again and we will hopefully be back next year!

Lovely accomodation

The accommodation was everything described and more. Very clean and contains everything you need. Good location with Coral Bay a few minutes down the road and Papos and Latchi within easy reach. The owner could not have been more helpful during the booking process and we not hesitate to recommend this property.

We came to Cyprus for a wedding. We stayed for 2 weeks in Maureen & Kevin's home and enjoyed every minute. The accommodation was amazing, very clean and was a home from home, beautiful. Great pool and fantastic weather. Car hire is essential. We were sad leaving this wonderful place, but have already booked for next year.

Lovely Place, we will come back

This has been the first stay in an appartment, after having spend many years in Hotels. And we have to say that we really loved this place.

The appartment has the right size for a Family, the bedroom and the bath is upstairs. The kitchen, guest toilet and the living room with a good size terrace is on the ground floor.

We enjoyed our meals on the terrace with a view to the large pool.

Everything is very clean and well maintained, so we have decided that we will come back soon.

Coral Bay blue flag beach and other sandy beaches are approx 3km from apartment, 5 minutes drive. This beach has cafes, watersports and boat trips available. For a nice quiet and convenient beach, try Vardas Beach, located beside the Atlantic Hotel, 10 minutes from Peyia on the Paphos Road.The beautiful beaches of Polis and Latchi on the north west coast are within 30 minutes drive time. Corallia Bech is 5 minutes drive away, ideal for families.


Driving time from Peyia to Pafos Airport is 30/40 minutes. From Larnaca airport driving time is 2 hours.To Paphos Town is 20 minutes. Car hire is recommended,

but there is a good and very cheap, bus service from the airport and a bus service to coral Bay Beach during the high season.


Peyia Village 5 minutes walk. Pafos 12km / 20 minutes drive. Coral Bay 3km / 5 minutes drive. Troodos Mountains and villages an hours drive. Nicosia and entrance to Northern Cyprus 2 hours on motorway. Paphos town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and has a wealth of archeological sights.
