About the property

Holiday cottage for 4 people. A 18km from Oviedo Airport

Built on 2 levels (total 80mm), on the 2nd: 2 double rooms with bathrooms; can be double or twin as they prefer.

On the ground floor: lounge and kitchen. Central heating and hot water (boilers gasóil). The linen is white 100% cotton. Kitchenware need to enjoy your stay.

In the kitchen: induction cooker, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, blender and all kitchen utensils.

In the laundry room: washing machine, drying rack, iron, ironing board.

In the living room: fireplace forged, TV, DVD, games, library and well documented Asturias.

Throughout the house free WIFI access. Cribs and bicycles available. Pets allowed.

On the outside covered terrace, wooden furniture, large garden with barbecue and hammock. Self parking.

AROUND Lamuño (less than 30 km away):

PLAYA DE SAN PEDRO DE LA RIBERA, down Salamir, 3 km. Route from S. Pedro Soto de Luiña up by along the river trail. A foot.

Lovely cottage, rain or shine

We chose to be in Northern Spain in January, off season to be sure. This cottage was perfect with a wood stove providing warmth and cheer. The location, near an A8 exit, made day trips to surrounding areas quite easy. The cottage is well appointed and fulfilled all our expectations.

El cabo Vidio es espectacular. La playa de San Pedro de la Ribera. El cabo Peñas y el paseo a pie desde la playa del Aguilar.

Restaurantes que nos gustaron La Cueva en Oviñana. Fabada y pote en el Rosal de San Martin de Luiña. Cam de Rivera en San esteban.

No nos gusto nada el Restaurante Casa Miguel de Artedo

Maravillosa estancia

Estuvimos encantados con la elección de esta preciosa casa para pasar unos días de descanso...la casa está decorada con muy buen gusto, es súper acogedora y con todo tipo de comodidades. Disfrutamos tanto del interior de la casa como del jardín, de éste último sobre todo nuestro perro Cooper...la playa está muy cerca y la situación es perfecta para conocer los alrededores.Nos gustó tanto que repetiremos en verano!! Gracias Elena por tu amabilidad y hospitalidad.Te enviamos un fuerte abrazo desde Madrid.
