The accommodation is on the first and second floor of a Victorian terraced house. Owner lives self contained downstairs. Quiet residential area in sought after part of Putney yet within walking distance of river, park, shops, pubs, restaurants, trains, underground and buses. 4 minute walk from East Putney tube (district line zone 2) 30 minutes into central London . Two bedrooms sleep 4, plus large lounge with extra sofa beds if required. Recently refurbished. New walk-in shower room. New washing machine, dishwasher and cooker. Strictly no smoking.

About Pat Hain

My name is Pat(ricia) and I let out the upstairs of what used to be my family home. I brought up 2 sons in the house and they attended the school opposite. They are both now married and I have 5 grandchildren. My husband Ian and I are retired and spend most of our days in a little cottage in the English countryside now. When we are in London we stay self contained on the ground floor.

The property is comfortable and in an ideal spot for discovering the city, yet in a quiet and attractive residential area. Putney itself is a very desirable part of the capital. For families it allows more freedom and is less money than staying in a hotel.

  • Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds which can be pushed together to make large bed. Lounge has a double sofabed or 2 singles. The flat comfortably sleeps 4. There is extra space ie double and single sofa beds in lounge, but if sleeping extra people it is only suitable for short stays where comfort is not a priority. Hot water may be a problem if there is more than 4 people as it comes from a cylinder.

Wonderful Vacation Rental for Families

The home is in a great location in East Putney. It is quiet and just a short walk to food, shops and the East Putney Underground and Putney Overground train stations. It was also spacious for our family of five and Pat's (the owner) customer service was top-notch. The stairs were not a problem for my husband and myself, the beds were very comfortable and the shower remained hot for the five of us. We will definitely be coming back to London next year and will stay here again if it is available. Thanks again Pat.

Fantastic location, great for families with kids.

We had a lovely stay of 4 nights. Very close to East Putney Tube station and Putney main line station. The Cat's Back pub is a nice walk through Wandsworth Park via a great playground.
