The villa benefits from large outside verandas with a BBQ area in the mature gardens. The pool is 10 metres by 5 metres with plenty of room for soaking up the sun. There are 2 restaurants and 2 shops within walking distance. Coral Bay with all it's shops, bars and beaches with a wide selection of places to eat is within 5 minutes drive. For people who like the outdoors the Akamas and the Paphos forest is close by and Lara Beach were the turtles come each year is a short drive. The harbour at Paphos with it's UNESCO world heritage sites is 20 minutes by car and there are three golf courses within 40 minutes of the villa. There is a local bus service within easy walk of the villa which runs frequently and will take you to Coral Bay, Paphos and harbour, and Aqua Park.

Disaster

Nice house, but address details caused delay in ambulance reaching us in time to save my wife’s life from bee sting by the property pool which caused anaphylactic shock & coma

Absolutely fantastic

Just home from a wonderful 2 week stay in this great villa. It is spacious, clean and very well equipped. We stayed for 2 weeks with our 2 grown up children and loved every minute. The pool is a great size and is kept very clean by Robbie next door. The garden/grounds are beautiful and there are lots of outside areas to sit or eat. The area is great too, lots of places to eat and supermarkets near by. Also Coral Bay beach is only 10 minutes by car where you can hire sun beds. The Zoo and water park are also great places to visit and are nearby too. A great find, couldn’t recommend more highly!

Superb villa

Loved the location, nice peaceful area with easy access to restaurants, supermarket and the coast. Superb accommodation with a great pool !! Excellent communication with the booking and all villa details . Lovely neighbours. All the family really enjoyed and would love to be back there soon. Many Thanks Geoff & Sandra

Fabulous Villa

We’ve just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay at this lovely villa which is one of the best we’ve stayed at. The villa itself is spacious and decorated beautifully, with plenty of living space for a large family. My husband and I traveled with my mum and our son but the property could easily accommodate larger families. The villa also benefits from great outside space with a fabulous pool, plus barbecue area and an amazing luxury fixed gazebo where you can hide from the sun if you need a break, set in gorgeous mature gardens. Situated in a quiet residential area, yet a 5 minute drive to the restaurants and bars in coral bay and coral bay beach. Communication with Andy and Iris was quick and easy and they were happy to help with any queries we had. Plus Robbie & Sandra who manage the property are friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. All in all a fabulous holiday and we’ll definitely be looking to rebook for future holidays!

The Villa is our holiday home. The climate is excellent all year. January & February are generally cooler with some rain. I am retired living in Uk so the family and I use the villa on an ad hoc basis. I like to travel. I have 7 grand children 4 of which live in Australia .
