Great stay in an excellant location.
We were not arriving until mid evening and our son who was staying in another apartment collected the key for us in the afternoon. That was fortunate as the beds had not been made up and the apartment had not been cleaned. The lady made arrangements for the beds to be made up. We cleaned the floors ourselves. We assume this was a one off.
The apartment has two terraces. The larger faces east with views over the marina towards Malaga. The other, off the bedroom faces west towards Marbella and is great for a sundowner.
The second bedroom is small with no exterior window. It has bunks and is suitable for children.
The lounge has plenty of room and the kitchen is very well equipped. If you intended to self cater the 2 onsite mini markets have the basics but good sized supermarkets are a couple of miles away so a car would be recommended.
There are a wide variety of restaurants at the port
We had a great stay and are likely to book again.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and I am sorry that our guests did not have the arrival experience we would normally expect. Our management company, who arranges the cleans, has responded to say that the apartment had been fully cleaned however for some reason the Master bed had not been made up. A bird had created a lot a mess on the floor of the bedroom terrace leaving a lot of feathers etc. Our management team made sure everything was rectified within the hour and hence hopefully the guests were not inconvenienced too much. I can reassure them that this was a one off and have full confidence in our cleaning staff who normally undertake a spotless clean for incoming guests.
Just got back from a fabulous week in this apartment. Couldn't fault it lovely area stunning views and the kids loved the pool and the beach. Everything u want just there x
Outstanding Views and Location
We recently spent two weeks at S12465. The views from both balconies were absolutely outstanding. The second balcony and view was a real surprise. Lovely apartment, pool (pool staff), sunbed arrangements, location is fabulous with Jorges Bar down below and numerous lovely meals at La Despensa and great Chinese take-away. Excellent parking arrangements. Great access to beautiful beach and sea. Would benefit from air conditioning, however when both balconies are open there is a lovely through breeze and lots of fans available. 2nd bedroom on the small side for two teenagers but luckily we had the option of bed sofa in lounge. We had a wonderful, relaxing 2 week break and would highly recommend this apartment. We would love to return - if we don't end up buying one there ourselves, it was so nice!
The apartment is located in the main port of Cabopino and enjoys one of the best views from any apartment overlooking the port and beach, we are just a lift ride down and a minute's walk from Cabopino beach. The beach has sun loungers and shades to hire and has 3 beach bars where food and drink are served all day. The port has several well known quality bars and resturants.
Malaga airport is approximately 25 minutes drive. Car hire is advisable although taxis can be hired from the airport. There is a taxi rank in the port. The port is very self sufficient and as such you may not need to travel beyond the port should not not wish so.
The port is very well located and is just 10 minutes from Marbella, 15 minutes from Puerto Banus, 15 minutes from Fuengirola and 25 minutes from Malaga.
Our agent will meet you upon your arrival and show you to the apartment. Should you have any problems you will be able to contact them during your stay. The meet and greet service is included in the cost of your stay however please note that for out of hours service i.e other than 9am - 5pm Mon - Sat, we will make an additional charge of €30 for up to midnight and €60 from midnight to 8am.
Booking Notes: A deposit is payable of 50% upon booking with the remaining balance due 60 days before arrival + the full damage bond. A £250.00 damage bond is payable with your final payment by bacs or cheque into our account. Please note cheques will be cashed and refunded after your stay within 2 weeks should no damage or loss be suffered and the apartment be left in an acceptably clean condition. Changeover Day: Flexible during low season times however Saturday - Saturday bookings are only accepted during high peak times. Notes on prices: Prices are for the property self catering per week (7 nights) in British Pounds.
