Why Property Manager chose Olhos de Água
We are local's from Olhos de Agua and we love this place because of the breathtaking scenery and beautiful beaches.

Lovely seven days at Atlantic Apartments
The apartment in which we stayed was small but perfectly formed - ideal for 3 of us. Spacious bedroom, good living room with balcony which allowed sitting out most times of the day (sun a bit intense later) and fine kitchen. Pool is small but a nice area for pre or post-beach sunning etc. The supermarket and Caffe Creme bar are 2 minutes by foot. Some may prefer a car to get out and about but not absolutely necessary (we did not have one as Algarve pals took us out alongside use of Uber).
Cris welcomed us (thanks for guiding the Yellow Fish driver - also good value) and gave us great insights into the location and demonstrated what we experienced as good customer care. Elena, the cleaner came almost everyday and looked after towels, sheets etc and, along with other staff, ensuring that the space felt safe (not that Olhas is not already so). Pleased too that when we asked for coffee maker, hairdryer etc, these were supplied pronto. Apt is very well located - 300 metres down hill to bus Olhas beach and front but a short walk to even better, more expansive beaches (Maria Luisa is best we thought - about 10 mins). At low tide you can reach all across the coast. Some may find the village a little quiet but suited us for 7 days (a trip to Albufeira for a boat tour and wander of the crowded nightlife streets, Silves for Medieval Fayre meant variety - well worth a trip). Restaurants are fine but a little repetitive (as Cris says, more expensive by the beach!). Two fine pizza joints on the apt doorstep also, alongside eateries that mean that should you prefer, you'd not need to walk more than 200 metres in either direction to find all you need.
A good find was the Cabana Bar - fine music, decor and cocktails demonstrating character in an Algarve that has become a little uniform in places (at least since our last visit).
Overall, a nice find and I suggest, a place that perhaps underplays its value for guests but we'd endorse it without qualification based on our very good experience.
Very clean and well maintained and equipped, very quite and very clean with friendly staff would rec
Overall the stay at the Atlantio apartment has been very good ideally placed for restaurants and shops within a short walk, ie at the end of the lane, the beautiful beach's a lovely walk away
Very good appartment spotless had a fantastic holiday
Well situated and cannot praise the cleaning enough great stay and value for money
The perfect apartment for enjoying all the excellent facilities of Olhos d'Agua
This small family- run block of apartments has everything you need for a self-catering holiday with the added bonus of being immaculately clean. The apartments are large with a well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful additions like wifi ,air conditioning, extra blankets, pillows etc. Towels changed practically daily and the apartment kept perfectly groomed. the two balconies provide sitting out areas one of which is nice and private. The pool area is cleaned every day and always immaculate. This is the second time we have stayed here and it won't be the last! Restaurants and the supermarket are within a few meters and the beach a few minutes walk away. Olhos d'Agua is a pretty unspoiled village and Albufeira and Vilamoura a short distance by car, bus or taxi. We had a perfect holiday made faultless by the attention of the friendly and helpful managers and would recommend these apartments to anyone unreservedly.
Great Apartment, Great Location
Lovely spacious apartment overlooking a great pool in a small very friendly complex. Everything was well maintained & kept very clean, with a special mention for Elena(sorry for the spelling) who looked after us really well. The location for us was perfect, a short walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets all on the doorstep but just set back from the road. This is a great apartment in a great resort & we would happily recommend it.
With around 30 kilometres of coastline, the council of Albufeira has been graced with some of the most stunning beaches in the world. A magnificent Natural Heritage site that has been impressively preserved and maintained. Albufeira is one of the councils of the country with more Blue Flags in the country, awarded to beaches for meeting criteria such as cleanliness, accessibility and water quality. The beauty and diversity of its coastline make Albufeira unique.
How to get there. Albufeira, like the rest of the Algarve, has good internal connections with other Portuguese cities and other countries around the world? As for air transport, Albufeira is located at around 32 km from Faro International Airport with operations of various airline companies, which makes the region a privileged stopover of arrivals and departures. The Algarve also has a good road network with motorways (AE), main itineraries (IP), complementary itineraries (IC), or nat.
Just 4km from the center of Town- Albufeira.
First and foremost, Albufeira is famed for its beaches, for the countless shades and tones of its rocks and cliffs. This is a place where people live to the rhythm of the great holiday destinations, sunbathing during the day and at sunset flocking to enjoy the restaurants, bars and discotheques that enliven the nighttime hours. Just a few miles inland and everything changes. The green of the countryside is dotted with almond, fig, orange and pine trees and decorated chimneys stand out against the ochre of tiled roofs. Bucolic villages invite you to experience a way of life rooted in the tranquillity of nature, to add another dimension to your holidays. The coast of Albufeira is an invitation for water sports: sailing, water skiing, windsurfing, scuba diving.
The golf courses almost reach the sea; so, when you want to make a birdie you cannot forget that the golden soft sand waits for your tiresome body, eagering for the sun warmth.A fierce tennis match? A few hours of horse riding by the fresh scenting pine trees? All this and much more is there waiting for you who seek for real active holiday time.
Gastronomic pleasures in Albufeira begin with the fresh fish and shellfish that the fishermen bring in from the sea every day. Who can resist grilled sardine, dory or sea bass? Or fresh lobster caught in the rocks? Those who enjoy traditional cooking can choose from among a wide range of typical fishermen's recipes. As a starter, perhaps cockle soup flavoured with bay leaf and coriander. Follow that with mackerel cooked with oregano, sardines in tomato sauce or sardines with maize meal. For special occasions, there is nothing better than a fish or shellfish "cataplana" cooked in the hinged copper vessels that are a feature of any Algarvian kitchen.
