Fabulously positioned with sea views about 5 mins walk to the Blue Flag Beach, beautifully positioned Faros Beach, penthouse is ideal for a holiday; quiet, yet easy short 3/5 minute walks to the beach, bars, cafes, night-life and restaurants.

Fitted fly-screens and cooling ceiling fans, full air-conditioning and wi-fi and TV with all UK channels plus drama , films , documentaries, nature, etc . All set within beautiful maintained gardens and large cooling pool.

The apartment comprises of two bedrooms, a large sitting room with sea views and patio doors that access a family sized balcony with sun canopy and solid wood patio furniture, including two full size loungers. Gaze across the calm pool to the amazing views of the sun sparkling blue sea, as you enjoy your al-fresco meal on the balcony. A car is not essential as all amenities including the beach and supermarket are all within an easy walk. Ideal for weddings, golf, exploring or just lazing in the sweet air of sun-kissed Cyprus.

What makes this apartment unique

Close to everything, shops beach yet quiet with sea views, Wi-fi, all Uk TV channels, set in beautifully maintained gardens. The beach is approximately 300 metres, (sea views from the apartment ) and 300 metres in the opposite direction, the shops, bank, chemist, cafes, bars etc. B101 is quietly located on a service road only, and if you do hire a car to explore further B101 has full underground parking to keep it cool. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, with a fully equipped kitchen area with all the usual, plus espresso machine and George Foreman type grill, wand mixer , comprehensive cooking tools, full range of pots, pans, wine goblets, full dinner set and much more. Three air conditioning units plus ceiling fans and flyscreens, luxury sofas comfortable bedding, two balconies, plus many more refinements which make this more than a holiday apartment, B101 is a real home from home, fully capable of sustaining weeks or even months of holiday enjoyment.

Sea views, 300 metres beach, amazingly positioned,Faros Beach Penthouse B101 is a beautiful apartment for a memorable holiday.

With full Wi-fi plus all Uk TV channels, plus films drama, nature, etc so you are really at home and in touch with friends and family and business if needed .

In a quiet location, yet an easy short (250 m) walk to the shops or the Blue Flag beach, where a coastal pathway provides a stunning walk that takes you into Paphos Harbour with it's seafood restaurants, boat trips, art galleries & festival areas. In the opposite direction you are just a 2 minute stroll to the bars, cafes, banks, chemist, supermarket, bus stops, night-life and restaurants.

The historic Tomb of the Kings is only about 500 m from the apartment, and because of the excellent location of the apartment, a car is not necessary - however, if you do choose to hire a car then Faros Beach has it's own underground car park to keep your car cool... this is a very unique facility.

Golf: Golf holidays or the occasional round ; there are four golf courses within an easy 35 minute reach of B101 Faros Beach, Paphos. The new Elea glof Club (Nick Faldo design ) 18 kms, Tsada 15km. Secret Valley 18km. Aphrodite Hills (PGA standard) 18km.

Also drive to the cool of the amazing Troodos mountains and the small villages for great walking and exploring

Beautiful large pool with ornamental bridge surrounded by well maintained mature flowering bushes and plants , wonderful for a stroll/relaxation Approx 300 metres to the Blue Flag beach including a safe shallow children's pool area , and the beautiful coastal walk , by the sun sparkling sea, to the habour . Shops, banks, chemist cafes , mini markets, super -market and restaurants all within a three to six minute walk Wake up to enjoy your al fresco breakfast in the sun on the rear bedroom room balcony and then to the large 'South' facing sitting room veranda balcony with fitted fly screen.

Very Good Holiday

The apartment is very well laid out and very well equipped for a couple or family with two children who can share. It is very well equipped for guests who enjoy self catering. It is a short walk to the beach and near a bus service to the centre of the town. There is underground parking for vehicles so they do not become too hot and are safe from other tourist drivers.

The pool is excellent and there are shops nearby. There is an excellent bakery about 15 mins walk away that sells other items. There are dozens of places to eat and drink withing 10 to 15 mins walk.

Just great !

A lovely spacious apartment , very well equipped , well -maintained and kept to a high standard of cleanliness .Set in beautiful gardens on a quiet complex close to the sea with a lovely pool area , all well- maintained and cleaned regularly. The friendly management team were only a phone call away should they be needed and visited the complex most days ; nothing was too much trouble .The apartment is a short stroll from the coastal path which gives a superb walk down into the harbour or you can go through the town along the Tomb of the Kings Rd where you will find bars, shops and restaurants ; so many to choose from !!! .A wonderful holiday and a brilliant place to stay I am returning again this year and have already booked two more for next year .I think that says it all !! Would DEFINATELY RECOMMEND to friends and family .

Fabulous apartment, in a great location, sea, walks , sites, scuba diving, near shops restaurant, even had game lock down ....... apartment immaculate, pool fabulous and villa was in a really chilled quiet area, but a step away from the harbour and the buzz on the main hub. Even had wifii for the teenagers. would highly recommend . V&J

Beautiful very well equipped apartment , great site and well positioned

March weather was cool on arrival , bed was supplied with warm duvet and the air-con units were effectively used for heating very occasionally . The apartment was scrupulously clean, well maintained and supplied with everything from and including a Nespresso coffee maker to knife sharpeners, a shopping-trolley to wine cooler and everything in between. Books on every subject abounded , the TV received all UK channels and the inclusive wi-fi was effective . Weather in the second week was warm to hot 24C. Very comfortable and quiet with the sea in front and easy walking of shops , supermarkets restaurants and bars. Thoroughly recommend recommend

We really enjoyed our stay

Really was all we hoped for and more.

Lovely apartment and really quiet, but within walking distance of everything we wanted, historic sights, shops, restaurants, and the lovely harbour.

Philip couldn't have done more, before, during, and after our stay.

We would love to return.
