"Thank you for letting us use your beautiful villa. It was perfect, and we all had a wonderful holiday. The village of Droussia was exactly what we had hoped for, being a traditional village away from all the hustle of a main town, and the people are so friendly we felt totally at home there. Thanks to Pawel who helped to make this holiday one of the best we've had. We hope we get the opportunity to book again soon."

"We had such a fabulous couple of weeks at your equally super villa! It exceeded our expectations! The photos on line were obviously why we booked it but have to say it was even better! Just beautiful. The villa was spotless and very well managed, you have a great site manager!"

"Fantastic villa with amazing BBQ, we cooked there every evening. Loved living outside. The patio had more than enough room for the 6 of us."

The property was spacious with views from almost every room. One of the highlights for myself and my husband was its pool on the sun terrace where you could sit in sun or shade all day and take a leisurely dip in the cool pool (professionally attended to twice a week). We just wanted a relaxing holiday away from it all and that;s exactly what we got. Oh and Jon the villa manager was an excellent host. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. You do however need a car if you want to get to the beach and the supermarket.
We stayed in Villa Rosemaria for 2 weeks with another family, so 8 of us in total. We has a most relaxing holiday, the villa is very comfortable and the games room was a big success with our teenagers. It is just a short walk in the village of Droushia where you will find several restaurant and the food at the hotel is of a high standard. John the villa manager is very helpful and wealth of knowledge. The villa has wonderful panoramic views of the coastline and we would love to return here sometime in the near future. Richard
What a lovely villa this is, beautifully presented, very spacious, well equipped and very clean in a great location. It's close to local amenities with supermarkets for lovely fresh produce and super restaurants. The Akamas peninsula is wonderful to explore, we enjoyed Lara beach, and the Avakas Gorge is spectacular. The beach near Aphrodite is beautiful. We would recommend Imogen's Taverna in Kathikas and there are some lovely places to eat in Polis. The mezes were amazing! I can definitely recommend this villa for families or couples it would work for anyone!
What a find, just what we wanted as 2 families travelling together. Clean and tidy with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The management team were superb, very helpful and looked after the villa and pool very well.
Would recommend to others but then again we want to go back so maybe ......
We have just returned from a 14 night stay at this stunning villa. We travelled with or family of 3 and our friends with their family of 4.
Words can not express how fantastic this villa.
It is situated in a very secluded area with just a few villas in the immediate location.
The villa itself boasts stunning views and the accomodation itself is top quality.
We were a bit concerned we may struggle with the heat following a recrnt heatwave in cyprua being reported, however due to the villa being in the mountains it was hot but manageable compared to the unbearable heat of near by towns of which we travelled to on a few occasions.
We hired a car for the duration of the stay of which is essential.
The near by towns of latchi and polis are stunning and we found a wonderfull town called kathikas and a fantastoc restaurant called the farmyard restaurant a must for all to visit.
We ate in a lot of the time due to having 2 5 year olds with us and wanting to get them to bed, the bbq is ideal for this and the supermarket in polis is very cheap.
All in all the villa owners have been fantastic and john the guy that looks after the villa for them is very freindly and welcoming.
We would definatley return.
A very comfortable villa with a great pool and barbeque. We stayed for two weeks with two families and had a wonderful holiday. It was the hottest time of the year but the villa was always cool and there were always plenty of shaded areas around the pool.
Great views across to Polis and only a short walk (~800m) to the local village with bars and restaurants serving local food at very reasonable prices.
We had a very helpful villa manager who was always available but never intrusive.
The local area is great for walking and water sports (jet skis our favourite!)
An unreserved recommendation. We would definitely return.
