Perfect for city break

Ivana is an excellent owner who ensured we had all the information we needed before we arrived at the property and helped us with both arrival and departure arrangements. She was available for us if we needed her throughout the stay. The well equipped and comfortable apartment couldn't be more centrally located and the narrow balcony enabled us to get the full sense of the buzz of the city whilst having quiet moments of our own. Whilst it is above a busy restaurant street, the apartment was perfectly quiet once the windows were closed. Ivana's excellent recommendations enabled us to make the most of our three days in this beautiful city.

Fabulous

The air con, wi-fi and shower are very good. The bed is comfortable and the place is immaculately clean. That's the essentials covered, now for the ambience, right in the heart of old town with an amazing balcony overlooking a bustling street with restaurants and bars. Perfect for sitting with a beer and people watching. Everything in the apartment was top quality and there was tea, coffee and other essentials there for you to use. Ivana organised a car to pick us up and met us at the city gate to lead us to the apartment. She bought us a bottle of wine which was very nice. At the end of our stay she told us there had been a mix up with payment and refunded over €100. Her honesty is without question and I whole heartedly recommend staying at this wonderful apartment.

The property is very charming. Beautiful flooring and nice furniture. Ivana was very helpful.

Dubrovnik is a spectacular town and very popular. In the middle of the day when the cruiseships are in port its like a beehive! It is good to do things outside the oldtown in the middle of the day, fex take the boat to Lokrum, the dmall island just outside the oldtown. Here you find the opposite landscapr of the oldtown. Green and tranquillw. The evenings are the best in the oldtown. From 20.00 onwards. The lights are lovely and soft. However be prepared for a lot of noisr from the bars anf nightclubs. It carries on until 3pm or longer! We would however still recommend it. The food was great, the climate wonderful, and the people warm and helpful.

Dubrovnik apartment

We absolutely loved our stay. Ivana was very professional and helped us with our luggage. We loved being in the heart of the city and being able to walk everywhere. The one small but important suggestion would be to figure out a way to help with the plumbing in the bathroom. Evidently there is a smell that comes from the drain that happens at certain times of year. We were able to still enjoy our time and loved sitting on our own private balcony.
