About this property

Lovey detached villa close to the famous Binibeca fishing village and only minutes from the beach. A privately-owned villa with a tourist license set within its own south-facing garden in a quiet area of Binibeca. The villa was refurbished at the beginning of 2019 and has its own private pool which was refurbished in 2023. There are terraces, an additional outside shower, and large roof terrace with splendid sea views. The three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people. The beach at Binibeca is a family-friendly sandy beach offering safe bathing for the family. The island's capital city, Mahon, is only about 20 minutes easy drive away and the Menorca's many historical and tourist attractions are all easily accessible from Binibeca.

Relaxing holiday

We loved this place, The pool is amazing, it’s a lovely homely villa with everything you would need, beds we’re comfortable.It’s only a 5 min walk to restaurants and shops , also the beach , Helen was a lovely lady and there when needed, The only thing I think you need to add is a working tv, nice sometimes late at night to watch a movie and dvd player was being replaced so we couldn’t watch those , amazing selection of books though.

We had a lovely weeks stay. The villa is very well equipped, much more than what i was expecting. The pool was great, the kids really enjoyed having their own pool. The villa is situated close to the sea and the beach is a short walk away. I didn't think we would be able to afford a villa so close to the sea with its own pool! Helen and Terry, the house keeper and pool maintenace man, were very helpful and communication with Andy and Chris was brilliant. Thank you!

Beautiful villa and Fantastic Pool

This is a beautiful villa and the pool is fantastic - the photos do not do it justice - the villa and pool are much bigger than they look in the photos. Great location with short walk to shops and restaurants. Lovely sea views from the roof terrace.

We have owned the Casita for 14 years and have enjoyed staying there both ourselves and with our family. The property is furnished as a family home and it is regularly updated. We have had guests coming back year after year because of its homely feel and affordable price (and its private pool!).

Why they chose this property

We chose to have our “second home” in Binibeca because everything you could want is in walking distance. There are no clubs or discos or high-rise apartment blocks but there are welcoming local shops and cafes. We have never regretted our choice and have always wanted to share the property with our guests who can enjoy their holidays in this beautiful part of Menorca.
