Our lovely apartment overlooks the 12th fairway and is adjacent to the large shared pool. Our apartment is ideal for golf breaks or as a perfect base for a relaxing family holiday benefiting from 24 hour gated security, 19 swimming pools, supermarket, sports complex, club house, restaurant and bar, outside bar, driving range, tennis courts, multi sports court and childrens play areas. Just a 10 minute drive away are the wonderful sandy beaches of the Mar Menor which offer a safe haven for children to swim and play with a magnificent back drop of palm trees, shops, cafes and restaurants. The 18 hole par 72 Jack Nicklaus golf course is magnificent and stretches 6416 metres and features some of the most challenging holes on the Nicklaus trail. This Championship golf course is fast gaining a reputation as the best and most challenging in the area and will be worthy of its future PGA status.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment offers air-conditioning in all of the rooms and central heating for the cooler evenings. Underground parking for your vehicle with lift access through to the apartment. On your arrival you will be met by our friendly keyholder who will guide you through the apartment and answer any questions you may have. This secure gated and patrolled site offers you peace of mind for all the family. Internet access is provided in the living room and a phone is available in the main bedroom which provides free calls to all other resorts and accepts internal calls from the uk. This is a no smoking apartment. Outside: The apartment boasts a lovely covered terrace complete with stunning views over the golf course and the fabulous large communal pool, there is a family size table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining and 2 sun loungers are also provided so that you can enjoy the afternoon sun (can also be taken to the pool side to enjoy your siesta) The underground car park provides secure parking and keeps your car pleasantly cool. There are also a number of children's play areas on the resort which will help to keep the young ones entertained. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bath towels are provided as is all linen. Cleaning charges are paid locally at a cost of 60 euros per stay. Mid stay cleaning/laundry by arrangement locally. Other: Large balcony with full size patio table to seat 4, perfect for al fresco dining or drinks after round of golf or a day at the beach. Simply stunning views with perfect south westerly orientation for late afternoon sunshine.

The Mar Menor is a large sea water lagoon which is one of the cleanest, safest and warmest waters in the Med. These wonderful beaches are just a 10 minute drive away and offer a safe haven for children to swim and play with a magnificent back drop of palm trees, shops, cafes and restaurants. The region benefits from an average temp of 21c and 320 days of sunshine a year.


Murcia (San Javier) airport is 10 mins drive to the resort and Alicante airport is 45 mins drive away on the excellent new motorway system. Car hire is available from both airports and is recommended.


The nearby village of Sucina is a 5 min drive. The historic towns of Murcia and Cartegena are within 25 mins drive. A wide choice of designer shops and numerous restaurants offering different cuisines from around the world can be found in both cities. The stunning restaurants and beaches of Los Alcazares are only a 12 minute drive away.

Hacienda Riquelme is a stunning new resort which now boasts a full range of facilities. The resort gives a feeling of real openess due to its low build density and its superb 18 hole par 72 golf course, which forms part of the challenging Nicklaus golf trail. As a guest at the resort you will have full access to the facilities and golf course (residents discounted rates available). You will also have full access to the other Polaris resorts at Mar Menor, La Torre and El Valle all of which are within easy reach (free shuttle bus available). The completed facilities include a large well stocked supermarket, the new El Cason restaurant and bar which has a wide and varied menu, an outside bar/cafe area which overlooks the magnificent golf course and a pro golf shop There are also 2 tennis courts, 2 paddle courts, multi sports court and an outside gym area. The town of Sucina (5 mins away) has everything you need to make your stay comfortable including a pharmacy, petrol station, banks, 2 supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Los Alcazares (12 mins away) is a charming Spanish town which caters well for holidaymakers with a stunning array of bars and restaurants along with beautiful beaches.

Booking Notes:
In order to confirm your booking we require a £100 security deposit which will be refunded within 10 days of departure after an inventory check. We also require a £100 deposit with the balance payable in full 4 weeks prior to your holiday. A 60 euro payment is required on arrival or prior to departure for the cleaning of the apartment.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days as well as arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. There is an additional charge of 60 euros for cleaning/laundry payable locally to our agent in Spain on arrival. Discounts are available for durations longer than 2 weeks.
Long Winter lets may be available upon request.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
