In addition to the large roof terrace there are also two balconies one of which is south facing. The apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard with some unique features. The apartment is composed of a hallway leading through double doors to the sitting room/dining area with panoramic views over the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve.

Beautiful apartment in quiet area of town
Met at the apartment by the management company who showed us around. As previously mentioned in a review, the photos do not do it justice. It is extremely spacious and beautifully clean. The roof terrace is so large, I couldn't believe it was just for one apartment. The views down to the coast were beautiful. There was a welcome pack left for us which was gratefully received.
There is a supermarket about 15 minutes walk away and the shopping centre, Tavira Gran Plaza, is only about a 20 minute walk. Tavira itself is beautiful with many bars and restaurants to choose from. We can recommend the Camera Obscura for something to do while there.
Jacqueline was extremely helpful with the booking and arranging taxis. We would definitely recommend staying here.

A lovely spacious apartment!
Good size apartment with two balconies and a large roof terrace. Comfortable and clean .
I think there needs to be more clarity about how far the town centre is. I'm a fairly fit man in his fifties and it took me twenty mins to walk in and in the heat that wasn't so easy for some of our party so cabs were used to go in at night for meals and drinks.
The beaches are lovely but a drive or a ferry ride away which wasn't a problem but again you need to drive.
No wifi was a pain but new phone rules may make that better.
The table and umbrella upstairs need replacing soon but it's lovely up on the terrace in the evenings.
Town is gorgeous and so many great places to eat. Very good value to and local house wines excellent.
Only minor things need attention so overall loved the place.

we were met at the apartment on our first day by Paul and Julie who showed us around this beautiful apartment. .. we loved it at first sight , very clean ,really spacious and the balconies were brilliant . One off the kitchen and a bigger one off the living room ... The kitchen was well equipped with everything one would need home from home ... A welcome gift of wine , some beers , bread and milk.. meant we could chill out straight away. .. The sun roof which is easy accessed is stunning , great place to look at the stars at night. .
It took about 15 minster or so to walk down to the charming town of Tavira, great restaurants , bars. . supermarket very close by , and beautiful beaches ... we loved this apartment and would love to go back again.

Exactly what it says on the tin!
Photos do not do it justice. Clean and well maintained with everything you need and plenty of room. 6 of us stayed here very comfortably. Felt like your own home rather than a holiday let. Near to Tavira and taxi only 5 euros if you don't want to walk. Jaqueline the owner was lovely and made sure we had all information before arrival. Paul and his wife who checked us in were great and very approachable should you have a problem and very knowledgable about the local area. Lots of information in the appartment regarding places to visit. Roof terrace an absolute bonus. Will stay here again - didn't want to come home!

Lovely apartment, clean, spacious and well equipped. Ten minute or so walk into the centre of Tavira.Two balconies to catch the sun and a large roof terrace with excellent views. Helpful and friendly owners who suggested places to visit and good restaurants. Would recommend, great value!
Manta Rota, Barril Beach and Tavira Island (by ferry) are all easily accessible by a short car journey. These beaches were awarded a blue flag for their safe bathing. For those who are more adventurous, can travel further afield to the Spanish beaches. Isla Canela is highly worth a visit.
Sample the Spanish tapas and paella in Ayamonte, a short drive or boat ride away. Seville is two hours away should you wish to explore the rich historic town, grand architecture and designer boutiques.
There is a supermarket conveniently located 5 minutes away. Tavira has a local market in the town centre which sells freshly caught fish, and fruit and vegetables which are all grown locally. There are numerous cafes and restaurants to choose from all specialising in local dishes from the region.
