Apartment in Los Cristianos, Tenerife - Peaceful Location yet very Close to Central Los Cristianos

This third floor, 2 bedroom fully refurbished, front line apartment has fantastic panoramic views over the beach out to sea and towards the harbour from its south/west facing balcony. it has one twin bedroom and one double ,a large walk in shower and fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need to prepare a full meal,on the balcony is a table and four chairs for dining . in the living area there is a 3d tv ,dvd with plenty of cd's ,films and games to use. .

I bought the apartment in the Costamar as soon as i saw it its in the most peaceful of locations with the most fantastic views, its hard to believe its only minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Los Cristiano's centre.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is fully refurbished to a high standard, with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday, the views are stunning from the balcony, there are full size snooker and pool tables in the hotel bar and outside poolside bar serving English and traditional Spanish food,there are plenty of bars and restaurants on the hotels doorstep, also an iceland supermarket on site as well as local Spanish supermarkets outside, if you want the hustle and bustle of Los Cristiano's but with the relaxation of a quieter resort this apartment is perfect.

Outside: The hotel complex has its own on-site Iceland supermarket, internet station, legends bar with pool and full size snooker table. Outside there is a brand new large swimming pool/sunbathing area, It also has private gates leading straight onto the promenade and beach. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen, towels and bedding are included in the price. There are also 2 folding sunbeds provided for around the pool or to take to the beach.

Lovely apartment

Liked apartment very much very well equipped, only problem for us was distance from centre. The view is great facing harbour. Would recommend Surrey Arms opposite apartment great food!

Comfortable, spacious apartment with great views over the sea and harbour. Located at one end of the town in a quiet position but near a good choice of bars and restaurants.

Pool area good with access from the grounds directly onto the beach.

Would definately return.

Great location, nice view, but no sun at the balcony

Great apartment well equipped with nice new bathroom and two good bedrooms, where beds was ok. The apartment was clean and nice and the access was good and easy with lifts. Unfortunately the door was attempted broken up before arrival and it wasn't fixed by owner/the one to keep an eye on the apartment, which they promised, but besides that everything was working fine. The description matched our expectations, but the only thing thats really bad is, that the sun is missing on the very nice balcony, where viewing is outstanding, over the harbour and the city. That could have brought one more star from us. We will come back again, but we will choose an apartment with sunny terrace instead.

Attractions we will recommend is the Siam Park, which is world no. 1 waterpark. Very beautiful park with one day of true fun. Water was heated and the park offers 8 hours of fun to us :-)

Restaurants we will recomend is the small italian restaurant called Pasta Y Vino. Its 20 minutes of walk and its located in Las Americas, but its worth the walking. Its just ahead of the promenade. Everything is truly homemade and if you come there once you will always come there if your visiting that area.

Owner's Response: thank you for your review,im sorry about the damaged door handle but it has now been repaired/changed ,i do think the comment about the balcony not getting any sun is misleading though as the sun does come onto the balcony in the afternoon from about 3pm ,it can clearly be seen setting on the pictures ,chris

It takes around 15 to 20 mins transfer time by taxi from the airport and costs approx 25 euros.

Further Details:

There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around the hotel and only 5 mins walk to the local Sunday market, the main central part of Los Cristianos is 10 mins stroll.
