Finca Sa Mesquida De Dalt - Charming Rustic Country House - All The Advantages of living in the country minutes away from Beaches, Golf courses and Holiday Life

First constructed in the 1682 the main house was restored to modern standards in 1987. Originally an olive oil farm, the house has been restored to the original architecture and “feel” of centuries gone by. With spacious rooms, halls and charming bedrooms. This family house has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Charted as Spanish national heritage with an immaculately preserved olive press, original walls from the 17th century and surrounding farmlands of olive groves and almond trees. Everything at the property is meant to enjoy and feel the true Mediterranean country life but still be very close to the sea. With gorgeous beaches to choose from, secluded coves or long sandy sun tan heavens await. Three of the most unique golf courses on the island are just 10 min away. Restaurants and nightlife a readily available in the area as well as many cultural attractions, such as castles, museums, caves, horse riding on on the beach and mountain hikes.

Great stay

magical place , real Mallorca , superb restoration, vary spacious , warm welcome and help from Julia,great pool etc etc

Suggest Horses are corralled when renting - we own and love horses but there is a risk with tenants in the parking area.

Diego and Freddie were the stars !!

Workshop Birmingham/Hannover

This workshop worked great in the available accomodation. Very generous surroundings, great scenery, very nice pool, very nice rooms and very nice facility to conduct a workshop that brings together heterogenous participants for a very productive and inspiring workshop. The accomodation is very spacious and well suited for joint cooking and eating in large groups. We will come again next year!

great holiday!!

just one word = great!!

we have had a wonderful week at this finca and could recommend it to everybody who is looking forward silence, nature, horses and other animals. We enjoyed the comfortable standard of this finca and of course her hughes rooms, the garden with the biggest swimmingpool which we ever saw.

We want to come back next year!

Also we wanna say thank you to Julia! You are a strong woman managing this big house by yourselve.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit und einen tollen Urlaub in dieser außergewöhnlichen Finca. Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Freunden oder mit der Familie.

Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch zentral - in ca. 5-10 Minuten erreicht man die Orte Capdepera und Cala Ratjada...

Die Finca und das Gelände sind riesig, perfekt für einen Gruppenurlaub...Tolle Ausstattung im Haus, nette Ruhezonen (Hängematten im Garten und Palmen) grosser Pool mit separatem Kinderpool..Besser gehts nicht..

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!!!

Notes:
Notes on accommodation: With 5 double bed rooms the house can accommodate 10 people, 5 couples and of course various children. Needless to say that space is not an issue so any number of bed arrangements can be made upon request. From additional double beds in the larger rooms to single beds in the smaller ones. Considering the maximum number of people that can stay in the house is 16 give or take a few. Special arrangements can be made on request and are subject to group description. It is noted that the house is semi-detached and that the caretaker lives in the adjoining apartment in the north end, she is available for any requests and assistance 24/7. Outside: 20 m swimming pool plus baby pool for exclusive use. Beautiful view over mountains situated down a short pathway away from the house. The property has two BBQ areas, a number of large terraces, picnic areas. Horses, donkeys, goats and other friendly farm animals roam the surroundings. Utility Room: Full equip, washing machine, iron, pantry, cleaning materials provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen, bath towels, Pool towels are provided. House is self catering and cleaning ladies, maids, cooks are available on request with adequate time frame in mind. Other: Moroccan Coffee Hall : Giant Moroccan cushion area at the end of 20 m sand stone arched hall , 18th century restored olive press at one end with skylight. Often referred too as "The Tunnel" and used as major chill out room or on occasion party venue.
