Beautiful house in a tranquil location.
The house was ideal for our large family group. However, we were disappointed that we didn’t have air conditioning which was advertised. The location was beautiful and a really relaxing time was had by all.
Fabulous relaxing holiday
We had a fabulous holiday here in July. The house was huge & beautifully clean. It provided everything we needed & more for our stay. The pool & hot tub are fantastic & was were huge hit! We ate outside for almost all meals & the peace & tranquility was lovely. We did have the company of the farmer one day whilst he ferlilised his crops, but it just added to the charm of this place (it didn't smell by the way)!
We didn't stray far to be honest as we wanted a quiet holiday, but did visit Estaing which is absolutely stunning! I would definitely recommend this to friends & family & hope to return one day!
Stay at Les Lilas
Had a wonderful family time down there. Early Sept wasn't at all bad. Pool was lovely and warm and the house is well kitted out for large familes. Masses of bedrooms to sort out all mixes of young and old. Very large dining room and lots of space to sit outside too. The house is near to the lovely town of Estaing where the bakers is and there are plenty of supermarkets in the area. All the facilities were easy to get your head around and there are washing machines and driers to keep on top of things. The hot tub is fun and nice and private away from any intrusion. One querky thing about the house is the pilgrims that walk by every now and then. All very friendly making their way on the route St Jaques du compostella. There are local bars and restaurants but we tended to cook at home which suited us better. Your money goes further that way. There are local wine cave's and the local wine is good. Nearby is a really interesting geological structure called the "Trou de Bouzolles". A must see it must have been cut by the river millions of years ago and is now a very deep canyon. Worth a visit. Have fun !!
A country house in tranquil rural surroundings
We celebrated a 75th birthday party totalling 12 people which the house catered for very easily. Very well equipped both in kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space outside for games and great swimming including the hot tub which was very popular. Surrounded by beautiful country side with lovely walks and an easy walk into Estaing village for fresh bread and some shopping, including some nice restaurants. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, this is it!

About Jim Hobby or Maura Beishon
We are Jim & Fiona Hobby and Maura & Tony Beishon. We all share the ownership of Les Lilas. We bought the house 8 years ago and completely renovated it adding hot tub, heated pool and all mod cons. We would love you to discover Les Lilas, the Lot valley and our nearby town of Estaing, which meets the 30-odd criteria required to be officially included among the 150 odd "Most Beautiful Villages of France." Why Jim Hobby or Maura Beishon chose Sébrazac
We fell in love with Les Lilas and Aveyron on first sight. Every season brings its own ambiance in Aveyron in the Mid Pyrenees with its ever evolving countryside full of colour, a buzz with dragon flies and butterflies. With an array of outdoor activities for all ages the surrounding gorges, mountains, streams and the gushing waters of the Tarn and Lot Rivers make it a good base for outdoor activities including kayaking and canoeing, fishing, walking, cycling, hang gliding and paragliding, quad, horse riding rock climbing and caving and golf . In fact one of the routes of the pilgrim’s way to Santiago de Compostela runs through the Lot valley. There are lots of places of interest to visit; Conques, Saint Foy Abbey is 13k, the Lakes of Leveyou 24k and the Chateau de Conros 25k.
What makes this Farmhouse unique
