On one level the villa has a modern interior comprising spacious lounge with log burner, gas central heating, separate kitchen, separate covered utility, enclosed naya with views to the pool, master bedroom with modern en-suite bathroom, double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing new modern shower room. Air conditioning is fitted in the 3 bedrooms with good quality furniture throughout. In the grounds there is a fabulous 10x5 private swimming pool with terracing & lights. There are pretty landscaped gardens, 2 separate BBQ areas and large drive for plenty of cars. You will find wi-fi and a full cable TV package is provided with English, French, German, Dutch & Spanish channels. For music lovers there is a stereo, lots of CDs and an Ipod/MP3 connection so you can tune into your own music library. In the lounge is a sofabed which can sleep an extra 2 people if required, terms and conditions apply

About Lynne

I have lived in Javea for over 6 years and think its a beautiful place. I am currently living and working in England and miss Javea and the fabulous Spanish climate every day. I had a large rental business in Spain and now just look after a small collection of high quality properties. I return to Javea twice a year to check the properties, enjoy the sunshine I miss so much and catch up with friends. Javea is a very special place.

Why Lynne chose Jávea

I bought this villa because it is situated in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac and the grounds are nice and private. I love this location because you can walk to a couple of good restaurants, bars and some tennis courts. The grounds and pool are fabulous and I rarely feel the need to go to the beach with the selection of two different BBQ areas. When I do fancy a trip to the beach it's only a 5 minute drive to the Arenal Beach and it's many trendy bars and restaurants. Being close to a few good restaurants means you can truly relax in the evening and not have to drive anywhere if you fancy dinner out.

What makes this villa unique

The villa has been furnished with high quality fixtures fittings both inside and out with the benefits of UKTV, DVD, hot and cold air conditioning in all bedrooms plus ceiling fans as an alternative cooling option. The gardens have been beautifully landscaped with two different BBQ areas, lovely pergola which overlooks the pool and many outdoor seating areas. There is sufficient offroad parking for approx 4 cars. You are within walking distance to a couple of good restaurants and bars. The Arenal is only a 5 minute drive.

We had an exception holiday in this beautiful villa, thoroughly enjoying the privacy of the pool, modern interior, great music selecton and UK telly. It was fabulous and we can't recommend it enough - Dawn & Peter Cheston with James, Ben & Alexandra.

Having stayed in numerous private villas we have to say this place was exceptional. Fab pool, lovely and private, pretty gadens, lots of different seating areas, full TV package, so quiet & peaceful with lots of extras like beach towels, mobile cooler & pool inflatables - saved a fortune! 5 star rating from the Cruddas family.

Fantastic holiday had by all. Not one complaint. Gorgeous villa, lovely furniture inside and out. Didn't want to go home. The pool and terrace with definitely 5 plus for us. Anyone would be delighted with this villa, its just a great location and we loved the Rio Rau restaurant. Have booked again next year.

Notes on accommodation: The villa is on 1 level and is suitable for children and elderly people. There is gas central heating, and air conditioning fitted throughout the accommodation which makes it suitable for all seasons. Ceiling fans are fitted in all the bedrooms to accommodate clients who do not like air conditioning. Wi Fi and full cable TV is available in the property. Outside: The grounds of the property have been beautifully landscaped with lots of pretty flowering plants. In front of the naya is a large 10x5 very private pool area with lights for the evening. There are 6 sunbeds, covered pergola with dining table, chairs and mobile gas BBQ. Off the kitchen and utility of the villa is a lovely terrace with small gas grill BBQ, dining table with seating for 4. There is a covered naya on the terrace off the enclosed naya with a seating area for 4 and lighting with nice open views. Utility Room: Modern washing machine, boiler & cupboards. A box with pool inflatables, water guns, buckets/spades, fishing nets etc is outside the utility room. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property is presented clean with fresh linen and towels including beach towels for the pool and beach. For bookings of 1 week or more a linen change can be provided at an additional cost of £50 per change. Other: Enclosed glass naya with sofa and chairs plus a glass dining table with seating for 6 with views to the pool. Outside you will find a covered naya with seating for 4 plus a pretty poolside pergola with dining for 6 and a gas BBQ.

Lovely secluded, peaceful villa

We had a lovely two weeks in this really nice villa which is complimented by the outside space and wonderful large pool.

The villa is in a quiet area and very peaceful. You will need a car but it is only 5-10 minutes to the supermarket and the port where there are a lot of lovely restaurants.

Great house and garden with fabulous pool!

We stayed for a month, it was the perfect house . Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of lounging space and the pool and garden are amazing. We will be going back that's for sure! Thanks Lynne.

Fantastic holiday !!!

This property is fantastic, a lot of thought and effort has gone into making you feel at home. The whole villa is very clean and well equipped including a dishwasher and washing machine. The pool is big and very well maintained. The garden gets sun all day. The grounds are well kept and landscaped with a private sun bathing area. Our evenings were spent in the comfortable chairs on the terrace. Lynne has been helpful from beginning to end and really cares that you enjoy her home and is on hand should you need her. Javea is beautiful with some lovely restaurants to eat at. We would absolutely recommend Everest which is a 5 minute walk from the villa. This is one of the best villas we have stayed in and we will be back. It suits couples wanting a relaxing quiet break but would equally suit families.

Excellent villa, location and gardens

Lovely villa in wonderful private grounds with the flowers all out in bloom. There are two BBQ areas and plenty of secluded areas for either relaxing in the sun or sitting in the shade. Only had a dip in the pool as was too early in the season, but what a wonderful size and lovely and clean.

Inside the villa it was spotlessly clean, brand new oven and hob (not that we used it much !!) with decent size rooms for large families, and two bathrooms, (wonderfully clean) with two separate seating/lounge areas inside too.

The villa is obviously well loved and maintained by the owner and is one not to be missed!

Location of villa was ideal too, with a couple of local restaurants near by should you not wish to explore the delights of Javea and all its restaurants and bars.

A couple of local bays to explore are just a few minutes drive away, La Barraca and Granadalla where the sea is so clear and set in stunning surroundings.

Overall, totally happy with my choice of villa, one of the best I have ever stayed in and I hope to return again in the summer.

Lovely Villa but dirty and not maintained.

Family week in Javea. Villa with pool. Gated. Pool well maintained. Loads of disused dirty looking pool toys at rear of building. Ugly.

Dining room chairs broken and obviously not checked prior to our rental. dishwasher, kitchen bin and fridge top and trays and outside drain and outside basin etc all filthy and I had to clean before my daughter arrived. light bulbs not working. My wife described the mattress as disgusting.

My contact with Lynne was good and she was concerned for our well being during the brush fire nearby which completely ruined our family holiday but thats a chance one has to take.

Owner's Response: I am actually quite speechless at this review. I was in contact with these guests via phone and email during their stay. Not once during these interactions did they raise any of the issues above nor was it mentioned in their feedback on their return, all they advised was 2 chairs were broken on arrival without identifying which ones. If I am not informed at the time, then they are not providing me with an opportunity of resolving these problems and on this basis, to submit this review over 2 months later is actually quite unfair. All guests are sent a full guidance document prior to their arrival with my phone number and email address. They are asked to contact me within their first 24 hours of arrival should they experience any problems. If they had contacted me on arrival a cleaner would have been sent to the villa immediately to thoroughly clean these area's. No guests should ever have to clean any part of the property and I am very disappointed they arrived to find the cleaning to be below standard. Fortunately there have been no other complaints this season regarding the cleaning standard or maintenance of the villa. Yes the villa is lovely and it is ALL very well maintained not just the Pool, this review is very misleading. Apart from the inflatables which guests buy throughout the season I didn't experience any of the issues above during my stay a few weeks ago. I did however throw away all the inflatables which I do at the end of each season because I don't like them either. However I cannot control what people buy and leave for other families with children. Don't let this review put you off this lovely villa as rest assured a lot of time, energy and money is invested in maintaining high standards in both the interior and exterior of this property. I personally go myself at the beginning and end of every season to check/inspect the property and deep clean all area's. Anything found to be broken or damaged is replaced at the beginning of the season, however I have no control over damage caused by guests during the summer unless this is reported to me. I will consider reinstating meet and greets next season so I never find myself in this situation again as I have found this very upsetting. I take a lot of pride in providing a very high standard in this lovely villa as it's my home and not just a holiday let and has been furnished accordingly which is appreciated by the majority of guests. I am confident you will too.

What a great stay

This secluded villa is in a quiet, residential area and under 10 minutes from the lovely town of Javea, with their great Arenal Beach with a choice of many restaurants you can wander to for lunch and in the evening, it is lovely to wander along the seafront with an evening market.

The villa was spacious and had everything you needed. Plenty of space all around, 2 areas for sunbathing around the back, ready to catch the last rays of sun also with the choice of 2 BBQ areas. At the front,6 lovely sun loungers with a good size pool that had the sun virtually all day. Air con in every room, everything was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Great to have a utility room with a drying area, would be great if you were taking children. You could get normal TV channels, well stocked music, books and games, we really did not need to take some of the things we did.

Although you need a car, there are restaurants and shops a short drive away. One small supermarket is open every day until late, Aldi is close and the choice of 3 larger Spanish supermarkets.

All in all a really great holiday.

The villa is close to 3 great beaches. The closest beach is La Barraca which is a lovely bay, part sand/pebbles and has 2 good restaurants - 3 mins drive. Granadella is a very popular, extremely pretty pebbly bay with sunbeds, parasols and 3 restaurants/cafes - 5 mins drive. The Arenal sandy beach is very popular with tourists. It is quite shallow with play areas for children, water sports, sunbeds, showers, parasols and has a huge variety of restaurants, shops and bars - 6 mins drive.


The villa is situated in the upmarket resort of Javea which is approximately 1.5 hour drive North from Murcia Airport, 1 hour drive North from Alicante Airport and 1 1/4 hour drive south from Valencia Airport, all of which receive economy airline companies from the majority of UK airports. Car hire can be arranged for collection from all of the airports and an airport transfer collection service can be arranged from both Alicante and Valenica, prices available upon request.


The main area of Javea is approximately 6 minutes drive from the villa. Denia which offers ferries to Ibiza and Majorca is 20 minutes drive. The lovely resort of Moraira with many beaches, shops, restaurants and bars is 20 minutes drive. The beautiful valley of Jalon is 35 minutes drive. Calpe with its famous rock is 30 minutes drive. Pretty Altea is 35 minutes drive and Benidorm which offers a huge variety of tourist activities, attractions, theme parks etc is 40 minutes drive.

Further Details:

The villa is in a lovely location and benefits from being close to 3 good restaurants, a few good bars, newspaper shop and small grocers shops which are within walking distance. A well stocked supermarket is also close by and takes about 3 minutes by car.

A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the villa and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
The remaining balance will be required 10 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
A security deposit of £305 will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property.
Prices displayed include a premium for paying online to cover the additional cost of 1.4% when using a UK credit card. If you choose to pay direct into my bank account the costs are £495.00 £595.00, £750,00, £1150.00, security deposit £300.
A travel cot can be hired for £15 pw and a high chair for £10 pw. Cot linen to be provided by yourselves.
An additional £50 charge pp is required over 6 people.

Although changeover dates are flexible, from mid June to early September we can only offer Saturday or Sunday changes with a minimum booking of 7 nights in July/Aug. The villa is available from 4pm on arrival and must be vacated by 10am on departure.

In order to protect both parties please note you will NEVER be asked to pay the full amount of the holiday up front, a 25% deposit only is required.
