Fabulous detached 5 bedroom luxury villa, sleeps 10, heated pool, large patios

Contemporary luxury 5 bed villa which sleeps ten adults comfortably in the lovely village of Playa Blanca. Living areas are spacious; all on one level with high quality fittings & furnishings with comfort a priority. Having a fantastic coastal location with stunning views to the sea & extensive south facing patio areas, with a pool table in the garden. Its close proximity to all the local amenities, shops, restaurants & beaches a perfect setting to enjoy the benifits of Playa Blanca. Villa Coco provides the perfect place to enjoy a holiday in the lovely Canarian climate. There is a hotel; small supermarket & taxi rank within a 3-4 minute walk. The villa boasts a large private electrically heated and salt chlorinated pool, providing a warm pool all year round, where the upper patio is gated to provide a secure area for children to play. With its south facing large patio with Pergola, the villa provides fantastic areas for you to lounge in the sun, eat alfresco near the BBQ area or just relax with a glass of wine on the modern wicker type chairs/loungers with an abundance of large cushions. The living areas are spacious, modern and caters comfortably for up to ten adults and two infants
There are five good sized bedrooms; two with super king sized beds incorporating on suites with walk in shower areas; three twin bedrooms and a further two family walk in showers and one bathroom. All the bedrooms have remote controlled ceiling fans and the windows incorporating fly screens to allow fresh air to flow through the bedroom and stopping those unwanted guests entering the bedrooms. In one of the twin bedrooms there is a Play Station Series 2 & a Smart TV to enable the children to use their electrical gadgets etc in their own space
The dining area can comfortably seat ten adults. The lounge has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors facing south and leads onto the patio areas which has extensive views to the patio; pool area including stunning views to the sea and to Fuerteventura. The stunning comfortable lounge has seating for ten adults with a large Smart TV including an abundance of UK channels including sports; news; films; soaps; documentaries and children's channels. The Wi Fi and internet facilities are free of charge as is the heated pool. The lounge is air conditioned the use of which is free of charge.

Lovely property

We went for Christmas, 3 generations of family. The property is lovely and well appointed. The heated pool was the perfect temperature, even in December. The small beach, shops, and restaurants are about 30 mins walk away (especially with little legs!) but there are plenty of taxis if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous!

Amazing villa, all spaces perfect for our family group. Spotlessly clean, everything we needed and nicely appointed. Welcome hamper was very much appreciated as our flight was late so perfect for us. I would highly recommend this villa and the hosts were very helpful. I am sure we will be back one day.

the villa was very clean and the pool was a dream, a nice quiet area, and mid holiday clean and change of linin/towels was a nice touch, not to mention the welcome pack, would reccomend it to all familys, (very enjoyable stay)

Perfect Villa

The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. In a good location, away from the noise but close enough to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants at Playa Blanca. All the team were very helpful during our stay and we'd recommend this villa without hesitation.

Absolutely Fabulous

What a fabulous villa. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Fantastic for a family holiday with enough space for everyone. Far enough away from town to be quiet but close enough for an easy stroll there and ample taxis to get you home if required. The welcome pack was great as we arrived in the evening, the driving instructions from the airport were very helpful. The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating when we had any queries. Would definitely recommend this property.

We as a family have owned this villa since 2002 and substantially increased its size, bringing the furnishes finishes up to modern day standards, whilst retaining a place where our guests feel at home.

What makes this property unique

We make sure with our team that our guests are very important and go out of our way to try provide any special needs the may require, be it to celebrate a special birthday; anniversary, or just a surprise for a family member our guest. We have a chef service we can offer to cook your meal; BBQ on our fabulous patio area and include if required, providing the food and specialities of varied cuisines and including clearing away after wards.
For us, we just want our guests to relax immediately they arrive in our villa and have a memorable holiday with friends and family.
