We are based in London we been to Tenerife for so many years to Yucca park so we decided to buy this lovely apartment close to the beach and 5 star hotels good area. Is the best location of Fanabe.

I love this area because its around 5 stars hotels. And close to the beach and all the restaurant, clubs, bars and etc.

The Yucca park complex is clean and well maintained but it's location is its prime asset. On leaving the complex you have a good selection of restaurants and it's just a short walk to the beach. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a small patio off the main bedroom and a larger patio off the lounge. The apartment is well maintained and appears well equipped although we don't do much cooking so can't be positive although I did notice that some of the pans weren't compatible with the induction hob.
The bathroom is lovely and the shower was excellent. The complex has a nice pool area and there were plenty of lounges although some were past their best. We would definitely consider staying here again.
The owner never did send us any details of the apartment.If he had we would not have gone.
No cleaning.no Clean Towels No clean bedding. Had to wash your own.I e mailed the owner after the first week and he did engage a cleaner. The apartment was also double booked ?
we certainly will not be returning and from what i can gather no one else does.
Fab holiday will be back.

Great apartment and lovely location
Although we have stayed in playa Fanabe before this is the first time we have stayed in a apartment , The apartment is great value for money the décor is a bit tired in places but you would get that anywhere . Seb the owner rang and checked everything was ok when we arrived and we only had to ring if there was any problems . The only real problem we had was working out the safe more info needed . As far as Yucca park goes nice pool bar run by a friendly couple but a shame it shuts a 5 .The only bad experience we had was the moody and miserable and quiet un helpful staff on reception . This is in a fab location we would love to vist again . thankyou Seb

Situated in a quiet pleasant location, near to amenities
Overall the apartment was clean and reasonable equipped. No kitchen scissors and only three clothes pegs!! Fortunately I travel with my own pegs and had to use my nail scissor to open packets etc.,
Bedding and towels changed weekly - did need some prompting the first week. More information on how to operate the safe, washing machine etc., I felt was required. I had one or two things to sort out upon my arrival and I communicated between the owner, who is in London and the Russian and Latvian receptionists on site who manage the apartment. The issues were soon sorted out satisfactorily. I do feel more communication and assurance is required from owner and the person renting the apartment though he is always available. Very convenient for several small supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. I enjoyed my stay as it is a small quiet and friendly complex. There is a bar/cafe by one of the pools which is open during the day, but closes around 5-6 p.m.

The beach provides a great number of water sports activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, jet bikes, parascending and banana boats.
Fly to Tenerife South (Reina Sofia airport). Taxi to Yucca Park approx 20 mins, cost of 20-25 euros.
Local shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks ect are within a 2 minute walk. Hospital within 10 min walk. Additional requirements can be requested via reception within the complex.
