Set in beautiful gardens with two access gates directly onto the beach.There is a very large swimming pool, with paved area to enjoy lying on the sunbeds and taking the all day sunshine.This very spacious, 2 bed apartment sleeps up to 5. The large terraces have outside dining furniture, sunbeds and overlook the pool.The kitchen is fitted with German appliances and marble worktops-ceramic hob,oven,dishwasher,washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster.The lounge has ample comfortable seating,TV,DVD,full width patio doors with uninterrupted sea views.Both furnished to a high standard. Both apartments have 2 bathrooms, one with bath and one with executive shower unit -all bathrooms benefit from underfloor heating.Master bedroom enjoys spectacular sea views.There are ample fitted wardrobes and a safe.These apartments provide very spacious accommodation with ample shaded areas on the terrace to enjoy outside living whilst being safe from the mid-day sun. Underground parking available upon request.

Local information: The old town of Estepona is a five minute drive away with its pedestrian shopping area, beautiful old square, where you can choose from a large selection of restaurants and bars. There are two marinas within 5 minutes' drive, one very popular with the British, La Duquesa and the other, more Spanish, Estepona.Both have many shops, restaurants, discos and bars. Just 20 minutes' drive away, Marbella and Puerto Banus offer opportunities to 'celebrity' spot, go up-market shopping, or party all night! You may take the train to Ronda, described by the BBC as one of the top 5 train journeys in the world, just a 1hr and 40 minute trip, takes you through spectacular scenery to this famous old town, perched on top of a huge gorge.It has the oldest bull ring in Spain, fantastic views over the countryside and many old churches and gardens.Gibraltar is a gentle, 30 minute drive away, with its British shops and traditional red telephone boxes.Don't miss a visit to the apes or dolphin-Whale watching.

Very good but a car is definitely required!

Family of 4 with 2 children aged 11 & 9 stayed April 2018, very nice apartment but needs some minor works and a good airing out. Excellent views from balcony, good patio furniture & V good wi-fi. Apartment is very comfortable and well equipped for everyday use. There is a Petrol garage next door but other than that you will need a car as it is situated on very busy road (no noise) just not walk able for your average person.

It is an excellent position for exploring the costa del sol, but with 2 tweens we found ourselves driving east to Marbella or Benalmedina quite often to keep them entertained. I would not recommend for a family with small children but I would recommend it as a great base to explore or just to chillax.

Amazing luxury apartment&huge terrace on the beach

If you will ever be able to get away from the amazing view of the beach and the sea from your expansive terras with a large choice of outside furniture and lounges you can also enjoy the other amenities like the jacuzzi and amazing pool area!

The views stretch over the sea and beaches from Estepona to Gibraltar!

Also, as the owner described, it's a spacious and high end furnished apartment, with all the equipment you'll need! Maybe even more important, it was clean and very well maintained. The location of the apartment is great, only a few minutes by car to several ports and beaches with all it's restaurants and amenities. Ideal for people who want to discover the area; 20 min to Gibraltar, 45 min to Ronda and 10 min to Puerto Banus and Marbella. The customer service was great aswell, communication with the owner was very pleasant as he replies within 24h. I will definitely recommend this holiday apartment to my friends and family.

Amazing quiet and peaceful with beach & sea views!

Me and my friends had the chance to rent this apartment.The weather was great, almost perfect and we had a great holiday, much thanks to the nice accommodations. The apartment is of very good standard, spacious and with all the facilities you need.The jacuzzi and BBQ on roof terrace was amazing, and together with the big pool area and the beach close by this place has all that needs to make a great holiday. There are a few restaurants close by but if you take the car just a few minutes you'll be in either downtown or in the port of estepona, puerto banus or Marbella where there is loads of restaurants, stores and supermarkets. We tried the nightlife in both Marbella and puerto banus and there is variety of bars and clubs to choose from. Taking a cab home wasn't so expensive either.

Nice apartment poor location

Went to apartment B3 for 11nights in September and unfortunately it was the worse holiday we have had. Although the apartment is nice enough there is nothing round about and you cant walk anywhere as there is no walk way so unless you have a car you have to rely on local taxis which work out very expensive 20euros round trip just to go to the supermarket. The area round about the apartment is not very nice and very run down as is Estepona itself.

Set in beautiful gardens with two access gates directly onto the beach, with a very large pool.Plenty of paved areas around the pool with sunbeds to enjoy the all day sunshine.You can walk on the promenade to a salt tower and beach bars in one direction and to Estepona port in the other.There are underground reserved parking places and the urbanisation is gated for security.There are shops, restaurants and beach bars within walking distance.A bus service going to Estepona, or Algeciras in the other direction, passes the property.The popular marinas of Duquesa and Estepona, with their shops, restaurants, bars and discos, are just a short drive away.Marbella and Puerto Banus, for upmarket shopping or just Star spotting, a 20 minute drive.Gibraltar is an easy 30 minute drive.Not to be missed here are the Apes, Dolphin and Whale watching.You can take the train to Ronda, described by the BBC as one of the top 5 rail journeys in the world. This 1hr 40min trip is through spectacular scenery.

Golf: Known locally as the Costa del Golf, there are 50 plus courses within a 30 minute drive of the apartments, catering for golfers of all handicaps, including the world famous Valderrama and the up and coming Finca Cortesin, where the Volvo match play is held.

Ski: The slopes of the Sierra Nevada are a 2 hour drive away.

A non returnable deposit of £150.00 GBP per week is payable on booking to secure the reservation.
the balance together with either a £350.00 GBP returnable security deposit or accidental damage insurance waiver this is charged at £4.50 GBP per person, (this will give you £100.00 GBP cover per person for any accidental damage, this does not cover you for willful damage and negligent behaviour, this payment is non returnable), is due 6 weeks prior to commencement of hire.
Hire commences at 16.00 hours on the date of arrival and terminates at 10.00 hours on the date of departure.
All prices include final clean and a linen and towel change after 7 days on all stays of more than 10 days.
A beach towel will be provided free of charge for each member of the travelling party.
