Cozy, modern, new apartment in a quiet area near the sea, easy
 parking, is close to: playground, town hall, information office, pharmacy, bus stop, supermarket, bakery etc ...
The house is ideal for one or two families, it has capacity for 6 adults and it is possible to add 1 extra bed and 1 cot. The large terrace is fully equipped to eat and sunbathe.
The main bedroom has a parquet, a balcony with access to the outside, sea views, and a bathroom.

Fantastic holiday !
Had an amazing 11 days in Son Baulo. Maria and Paco were very welcoming and when we arrived very late the first night they had left us sandwiches and fruit for us. Beautiful apartment which had ample room for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well equipped which was fab as I cooked quite a bit. There is a pool about 200m from the apartment that we were able to use but the only shame was we were unable to use the loungers unless we were hotel guests. The location of the apartment was perfect as it is near t to shops , the beach , the pool , and a main bus route. Bus 352 takes you to C’an Picafort, Alcudia , Port De Pollenca etc really cheaply. We ate at Marisco Bistro a few times and the burgers were very tasty and Eric the waiter was so friendly. A big thank you to Maria and Paco for an amazing holiday in Son Baulo. Would highly recommend it and we will definitely return in the future.

Phantastic flat and super kind Landlady !
We had a great week here. The flat is phantastic, means loction, view, interior, terrasses, simply everything. We were on lots of locations and in lots of flats, but never had such a place. Thick red marker on our we-will-be-back-list :-) And our super friendly, kind and supportive landlady, a wonderful person. Thank you, dear Montse, we will for sure return :-) !! Manfred

Große Wohnung, Strandnähe, Meerblick, Supermarkt im Haus, ruhige Lage
Zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder (5 und 15), zwei Wochen im August. Vermieter Wir hatten schon vorab Kontakt zu Montse, der sehr herzlichen Vermieterin. Montse hat für uns auch den Transfer vom Flughafen organisiert, uns viele Tipps gegeben. Gemeinsam mit ihrem Mann betreibt sie einen kleinen, familiären Supermarkt im EG, mit täglich frischen Backwaren und einem kleinem Bistro. Umgebung Der Stadtteil liegt am Ortsrand, entlang der Promenade ca. 15min zu Fuß zur "Meile", mit den üblichen Hotelbunkern. Im Vergleich fühlt man sich hier wie in einer anderen Stadt. Denn die Umgebung der Wohnung ist vollkommen anders, viel ruhiger, keine Hotels in erster Reihe, schöne Restaurants. Nach Alcudia fährt man ca. 30min mit dem Bus, die Bushaltestelle ist keine 5min von der Wohnung entfernt. Strand 100 Meter entfernt. Auch voll, aber nicht ganz so überlaufen, wie an der Meile. Sehr familiär. Sicher nicht der schönste Strand der Welt, wir haben uns aber wohl gefühlt. Unser Sohn hätte am liebsten im Wasser übernachtet. An windigen Tagen wird etwas Dreck angespült. Ab und zu könnte der Strand deshalb ruhig mal gereinigt werden, man zahlt ja schließlich Kurtaxe. ;-) Wohnung Mehr braucht kein Mensch. Nach vorn schmaler, langer Balkon mit 1A Meerblick, nach hinten sehr große Terrasse, direkt an der großen Küche. Zwei schöne Schlafzimmer und ein Kinderzimmer, das wir aber kaum genutzt haben. Zwei Klimaanlagen, zwei Fernseher (WZ + Küche). Fazit: Schöne Wohnung, schöne direkte Umgebung, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Danke, Montse! ;-)

Meerblick und mehr
Schönes Appartement im zweiten OG mit tollen Blick über die Bucht von Alcudia. Terrasse und Balkon bieten immer die Möglichkeit die Zeit im Freien zu verbringen. Ausstattung reicht aus, um auch in der großen Küche selber zu kochen. Der Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss hilft, mit kurzen Wegen, bei der eigenen Versorgung. Mehrere Restaurants sind in der Nähe und die Touristenzone von Can Picafort ist in ca. 15 Minuten,mit einem schönen Spaziergang auf der Küstenpromenade, zu erreichen. Son Bauló Ist ein guter Startpunkt für Inseltouren mit dem Mietwagen. Außergewöhnlich, für Mallorca ist, dass es immer einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus gibt. Montse, die Vermieterin, gibt gute Tipps und ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir überlegen wieder zu kommen.
