Set on the edge of a tiny rural hamlet, this delightful, comfortably furnished, old stone farmhouse offers peace and quiet together with great views over unspoilt countryside. According to older residents of the hamlet, before it became a home, La Grange was used as a meeting place for the Resistance during WWII. It still has lots of character with its exposed stone walls, original beams and stone fireplace in a typical French style farmhouse kitchen. We also provide some modern home comforts with satellite(Freeview) flat screen TV as well as a dvd/video player (selection provided free of charge) .
There is a large double bedroom and a triple mezzanine bedroom available, both with original beams and exposed stone walls.
The back door from the kitchen opens out onto a small private courtyard. The patio door leads to a secluded sunny garden with a table and chairs and a large BBQ.
Living room is large and sunny with exposed stone walls and wood burning stove.
