A beautiful well kept villa

We struggled to find a Villa large enough for our family, but this one ticked all the boxes. Mehmet was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and he and his wife made sure our stay was very special. Great view of the bay and fabulous pool and outside area. Thankyou.

Sunshine in Kalkan

Well presented property with very good outside area to sunbathe or take to the shade when the sun is at its peak. Two large fridge freezers is more than adequate for the largest of parties. Plenty of crockery and utensils. During our two week stay the washing machine and dishwasher was invaluable. Large bottled water machine was also a most welcome addition. A lovely pool, attended to every morning, was most welcome to cool off. The walk into town downhill was only 15 minutes but cheap taxi back is recommended. In summary, a very good property, well appointed with lovely views over Kalkan bay from the terrace on the top floor.

Perfect for a family stay!

I booked Villa Lilyum for a week in September. We were a group of 13 and for such a large group there was more than enough space to accommodate all of us comfortably. On arrival the property was very clean and organised. Mehmet was there to greet us even though we got there at 2am! Airport transfers were arranged by Mehmet which was very helpful. The views from the villa were stunning. My family and I had an amazing week and will definitely recommend this villa to others. Thank you Mehmet. We hope to see you again soon. - Faiqa & Family.

Location Location!

This villa is in our favourite part of Kalkan (visit for 13 years). It's a good size and whilst not a luxury villa it was very well equipped. The few issues we had were sorted out very quickly by the owner. Our feeling was that the living/dining area needed an upgrade but that was more than made up for by the very private pool and large outside area where we spent most of our time. We would definitely come back to this villa.

Fantastic villa

Villa is a perfect place to stay in Kalkan. Clean, modern with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Mehmet was a great host and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back.

My name is Mehmet, I was born in Kalkan and since my retirement from the Turkish Airforce have managed the family business here in Kalkan. The family has been involved in tourism since 1980 and now maintains 9 villas, runs a successful restaurant. Because of our unique knowledge and connections with Kalkan we are able to offer a comprehensive service not only in first class maintenance but in organising any tours, trips and transfers if required.

Why they chose this property

Villa Lilyum - was built by myself in 2008 and in the future would like to build others to the same quality and finish as this delightful villa.

What makes this property unique

This Villa is less than 5 minutes walk from the town centre but located in a quiet residential area. Internet has been installed as well as an alarm system. As previously mentioned the management are able to offer a variety of other services if required.
