Why Marcy chose Galveston
We designed and built this home drawing upon two decades of family beach vacation experiences in gulf homes from Texas, Alabama and Florida. We wanted to build a home that was large enough to comfortably have a big family renunion, but had a great flow that fostered togetherness and embodied spaces for socializing, playing, and doing things like meal preparations as a group event. While we designed the home to look great and provide wonderful functional spaces, we also wanted it to "feel" good--from the soothing color palettes to the comfortable furniture, Suits Us Too makes you feel like you never want to leave! Pointe West is our favorite spot on Galveston Island!
What makes this House unique
Walking up the staircase and entering the 3rd floor living area, no one can help but just say "wow" as the walls of glass let in spectacular views and colors of the Gulf of Mexico and miles of Galveston beaches. Outdoor decks on every floor on the front and back of the house allow for both ample gathering places and quiet cozy moments.

Best Ever!
I've been renting beach houses for over 30 years and this was absolutely the BEST ever. The house had everything we could possible want or need to make our beach stay the best ever. Plan to go online tomorrow to book for same time next year.!
Amazing time
Our family stayed here for Labor Day 2019. The house is outstanding, huge space with a bathroom for every bedroom, our family had a really great time. The pool nearby was well accommodated, walk to the beach was short, the whole house Sonos was a great addition for us, overall just can’t say enough about the stay.

This is truly a perfect vacation home for a family or any large group. Such a well-thought-out floor plan, with many places to gather both indoors and out, and special touches in every room. My 90 year old parents really appreciated the elevator - as did all of us when it came to moving in and out - and our 8 grandchildren absolutely loved the amazing bunk room … the 9th slept in a closet in the pack & play, also provided in the home! As others have said, Marcy is a wonderful owner, extremely responsive and thorough in all our communications. We last stayed in Pointe West 5 years ago, and it has only gotten better over the years. The beach is clean, beautiful and uncrowded, the only negative being Galveston's recent ruling that canopies, chairs, etc can't be left on the beach at night. Both the beach club and lazy river pools were fun; kids enjoyed the game room; the one lunch we had at the beach club was very good… much improved in quality & selection from 5 years ago. We feel very lucky to have found this home for our family vacation, and hope very much to be back!
Amazing!!
I can’t say enough about this amazing property!!! The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect. As previously mentioned, the house is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need on vacation. We chose to cook most meals at the house and we were thrilled with the well equipped kitchen. The house comfortably fit three families (six kids) with room to spare. Marcy was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive and professional. The check in/check out process was seamless as well. We are already planning to come back next summer!!
Suits Us Too ... Perfection!!
This beach home is absolutely the perfect. The home was immaculate and inviting.
There was plenty of room for all 14 of us. Our kids had so much fun in their bunk room. They also enjoyed their own TV / game area. There was plenty of room for the adults to watch TV, relax, play cards / games, do puzzles. The deck was the perfect place to do some scenic painting!
Everything we needed was in the home for our use.
The kitchen is a chefs dream ... all items to cook or serve with is in this home.
The beach was a short walk over the dunes. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for us to use. The beach was cleaned each night.
The beach club / pool was a nice break for an afternoon. Kids enjoyed the game room. The adults used the gym a number of mornings.
We had such a wonderful experience that we have already booked our annual family vacation for next summer.
Communication with Marcy was fantastic. We were concerned about Hurricane Barry, Marcy kept us updated with the local news / weather alerts. Luckily, we had perfect weather.

Exceptional Beachfront Luxury in a Relaxing, Beautiful Location!
My family and I have been renting on Galveston Island each summer for about the past 20 years. This house has been our sixth, as we only switch when our family has grown and we need larger accommodations. When the house we had originally re-booked sold, we had to scramble to find another home this year -- and let me tell you, we hit the JACKPOT! With any luck, this will be our forever home! It is perfect for a large group - ours ranges from a toddler to a 90-year-old, and this house has something for everyone. From the convenient elevator to the beautiful views and great location, everyone in our family raved about their experience. Pre-trip communication with the owner was so helpful and informative (with quick response time), check-in and out was easy and efficient, and the house was exceptional -- immaculately clean, stocked well with everything we needed (and so much more), beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect! We always felt secluded, secure, and private, and access to the nearby Beach Club served us well for pool time, gym time and yummy dining options. I would highly recommend this lovely, upscale rental property. Five stars just does not seem sufficient! THANK YOU for an exceptional vacation. We cannot wait to go back!!
