Home very comfortable. Big rooms and great terrace. Owner very nice very helpful and he cooks great. I would recommend this villa for families. Description vas exact. Close to beach and all amenities. :-)!
We were a group of 8 persons and we stayed there one week, a wonderful week in a very comfortable, large and clean house, fully-equipped with a nice garden for having meals outside.
Ivan, the owner is very helpful and he warmly welcome us.
We very much enjoyed some local meals cooked for us by the owner with very good vegetables from his garden,
The house is well situated in Kastel Luksic, near to the beach for swimming and a lovely bakery. The village is not so much for tourists, but if you want to spend nice and peaceful holidays we recommend this place and you can more enjoy local life.
It is an ideal place for sightseeing, with a car you can easily go to Trogir, Sibenik Zadar, the National Parc of Krka, Split and other places.
We hope to spent again one day in this lovely villa.

I booked this large home to accommodate 2 families for a two week holiday. The house was ideal for 4 adults and 6 teenage children. The owner, Ivan, was there to welcome us which was great as we arrived at 9pm. There is a lovely outdoor covered area where we ate most of our meals. The location of the house was great for us, it is within walking distance to a lovely swimming beach. The house is on a main road, but it is set well back from the road and we were not disturbed with traffic noise.
There is a lovely bakery within a minutes walk from the house where we got our morning croissants and lovely daily bread from.
One of the highlights of our holiday was Ivan cooking us the most wonderful local evening meal, he was most hospitable and made us feel very welcome!
If you are looking for a clean, large comfortable property, look no further. We look forward to returning in the not too distant future.
Hansen and Maurer Families
This house offers very large, clean and comfortable rooms for a big group or family, including a big garden and two terrasses. It offers all facilities, fully equiped kitchen, perfect bathrooms etc, that you need for a relaxing holiday. The pictures show the house and rooms exactly as they are. The owner lives next door, speaks English fluently and is very helpful and open.
The house is located in the middle of the village Kastel Luksic, just 4 km from the airport of Split and with all shops nearby in walking distance, just like the beach. The village is not just a tourist place but gives the impression of a well functioning local community.
The house lies next to one of the major roads which means easy accessability, but a lot of noise as well.
Exactly in the middle between Trogir and Split it is an ideal place for sightseeing tours in the region.
