Reserva de Marbella is situated a short walk away from the fashionable marina at Puerto Cabopino with its wonderful beach, exclusive yachts, variety of water sports, affordable restaurants and beach bars. Just 10mins drive from Marbella. . The apartment is within walking distance of local bars & restaurants & near the Port of Cabopino where one can dine looking out over the marina & luxury yachts. Reserva de Marbella is a gated community for added security so no lager louts! A lift from the private underground car park will deliver you directly to the second floor thus permitting easy access for those with young families or those of an elderly disposition or mobility issues.. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with superb flowers, trees & shrubs. There is direct access to all 4 swimming pools (including one for children).
The apartment has marble floors throughout, is fully air conditioned in both bedrooms and main living areas. The air con units also provide heating during the cooler months.
The master bedroom has a full en suite bathroom and has just had new furniture installed including king sized bed.
The apartment has just been totally upgraded with brand new kitchen with integrated oven, microwave, hob, fridge, as well as a new washing machine.
The lounge now has new contemporary furniture, leather sofa, free WiFi, 32in flat screen smart tv, ipod docking station, dvd player.
New furniture has also been provided on the balcony.
Four sunbeds are provided in the apartment so no need to grab sunbeds by the pool, just take ours down.

Lovely apartment
We had a very enjoyable stay in Alan's apartment. The place was clean, comfortable and the air-conditioning was excellent. The pool areas were very nice. The only down side for us was that we had to drive everywhere for access to food and drinks. The apartment is up quite a steep hill and the 2 or 3 restaurants and bars that would have been close have closed down. This meant one of us couldn't drink alternate nights which was a bit inconvenience for us but may not be an issue for others. Overall a lovely stay and Brian was very helpful when we had a small issue with the shower.

Perfect
It was absolutely lovely and I honestly couldn’t find a fault with it. The flat was very homely and modern with all the creature comforts you would need for your stay. A home away from home. Amazing location, and close to the beach, and shops. Would definitely recommend it!

Alan is a retired Primary School Headteacher and lives in Slaithwaite near Huddersfield with his wife Sue. Alan also worked as a lecturer and tutor at Manchester Met, Leeds and Bradford Universities.
He has just had his first children's book published - 'Don't Get Mad...' and also works as a film 'extra' having appeared (briefly) in the tv series 'Victoria', 'Cobra', 'The Irregulars' , 'The Crown', The Ipcress File, Munich 1938 and the feature films 'Dad's Army' and 'Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them'.
Sue owns her own business - 'Mr Frog Dancewear' based in Huddersfield which is now entering the 35th year of trading.

Why they chose this property

We bought this apartment in 2001 as the location was perfect for us. There is no restaurant / bar on site so very quiet particularly in the evening, though bars and restaurants are only a short walk away.
The view from the balcony is amazing, over the main pool and down to the Mediterranean.The apartment is South facing so gets sun all day and has just been totally upgraded with new kitchen and contemporary lounge and master bedroom furniture. High speed fibre WiFi has now been installed.
