Casa Limón is a private, south-facing detached villa in a very quiet neighbourhood situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. Features include a 10m x 5m private pool with sun deck, landscaped gardens with shrubs, lemon and orange trees and an outside eating area with BBQ. There is parking space for at least 3 cars. The flood-lit swimming pool has Roman steps and a spacious sunbathing area. The pool area gets all day sun.

The covered terrace is perfect for outdoor dining. The master bedroom with en-suite enjoys the privacy of the first floor complete with a sun terrace for those evening cocktails whilst appreciating the spectacular views of the Montgo Mountains and the surrounding valley.

The villa comes equipped with satellite French, English & Spanish TV, a DVD player, internet and WiFi.

This is an ideal villa for a relaxing family holiday or is perfect for two or three couples. Old Javea town is close by. The beach takes ten minutes by car .See owners website.

Well Appointed Spacious Villa

We stayed at Casa Limon for our two week summer vacation in August 2016 and were not disappointed! The villa is well equipped with ample space for the six of us. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic - we either barbecued or used the outdoor stove and giant paella pan most days (not just for paella, for breakfast pancakes too)! The pool was large and beautifully kept and one of the warmest we have ever had, backed by beautiful gardens (although no grass). The location of Casa Limon is very convenient for getting into Javea or Denia easily and is in close proximity of the local restaurants offering great value menus – Montgo, Los Almendros de Montgo and El Gaucho plus a small supermarket offering fantastic organic meats and lovely bread baked to order. Book yourselves in – you won’t regret it!

A beautiful and clean well equipped spacious villa

We have just returned from an 11 day break at Casa Limon. Everything was easy from booking and speaking to the owner, directions to the villa excellent and Heather looking after Casa Limon helpful and friendly. The Villa is very spacious with ample space inside and out, the sun terrace is a sun trap and the pool lovely and warm. My two children enjoyed the table tennis in the shade in the car port. The villa is very clean and exceptionally well equipped. In a peaceful location but not too far a drive from amenities and some lovely restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of going you will not be disappointed

Fabulous holiday

Recently returned from Casa Limon where we have enjoyed fantastic holidays for the last 5 consecutive years. The owners in that time have improved it every year far beyond expectations to what it is now, an absolutely outstanding Villa ideal for families or couples alike with everything you will need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Generous welcome pack already in fridge awaiting your arrival.

Ideally located in a quiet residential area within its own private gardens which include lemon and lime trees that could come in very useful for those who may enjoy a well earned drink on the lovely sun terrace or by the pool.

Just a short drive in to town and beach or the neighbouring towns of Denia or Moraira are well worth a visit.

Beautiful good sized swimming pool with plenty of sun lounges to relax on. Inflatables and pool towels are provided.

Bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and clean with ample storage each has its own bathroom with linen and towels provided.

Overall cannot fault Casa Limon in any way, spotlessly clean throughout, everything is provided for inside and out. We would recommend without hesitation to anybody, already looking forward to returning next year.

Fantastic villa....great holiday!

We found the villa very spacious and clean. The layout of having the two bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs gave us all a bit of personal space. The garden and pool were well maintained and there were plenty of comfy sun loungers to soak up the rays! We enjoyed a quiet breakfast coffee and sundowners on the roof top terrace enjoying the view of the Montgo mountain. There are some lovely restaurants just down the road, especially El Gaucho! We received good customer service with a meet and greet from an English couple who genuinely cared about the quality of our holiday. Our teenagers enjoyed the table tennis in the shade and the decent size pool. The Arenal beach and port area wasn't far away for them to socialise. We had a wonderful time in this villa and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful villa, great location

The villa was very impressive on arrival, nice and peaceful location. Great space inside, with plenty of bathrooms – one per bedroom. Super clean & tidy.

The pool was great, with ample space for sunbathing and beautiful garden areas too. We enjoyed sitting out on the lower patio for lunch, and then enjoying the odd cocktail up on the roof terrace in the evening with the breathtaking mountainous backdrop.

Close to town without the noise – 5 min drive to the sea / supermarket. Old town is lovely, lots of great restaurants and nice for a stroll too.

Hope to come back again next year.

The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its unspoiled beauty and excellent 'Blue Flag' beaches. Javea has 25km of coastline, some sandy beaches and beautiful tranquil rocky coves.

Javea itself has three main areas. The Port is a traditional fishing port with a market and a large marina. The Old Town has narrow streets and traditional architecture of local tosca stone and wrought iron balconies. The Arenal has a wide sandy beach and a promenade of shops,bars and restaurants.

The city of Valencia has many attractions worth a visit and the resort of Benidorm with its theme parks and water parks is within a half hour drive. Inland lies the picturesque village of Guadalest, perched high above a lake
