Imposing Casa Cascada is a traditionally designed Spanish villa which has been fitted and furnished to a high standard. The large spacious lounge has full length sliding doors which open directly onto the terrace (these doors have a child safety feature) a stylish infinity pool sets the scene with stunning views over Port Addaia Marina. There is a shaded patio area with which seats 8 for alfresco dining with 2 exterior ceiling fans to keep you cool. If you feel like soaking up the sun take advantage of the relaxing sun loungers and rattan style patio settee and chairs.
The kitchen is spacious and light, well equipped with crockery and cooking utensils, as an extra thought we have added a wine cooler. If the kitchen is not on the agenda then try out the BBQ, this is a family sized Camping Gaz fired unit, bottled gas supplied. The villa has individual air condition units in all of the bedrooms and lounge area offering a choice of temperature. As an alternative to air conditioning there are adjustable insect screens fitted to most windows which can then be left open. Upstairs there are two twin bedded rooms both en suite and a double room with a king sized bed with an en suite facility. Just off the master double bedroom there is a large sun bathing terrace with beautiful panoramic views. A second double bed room en suite with a king size bed is situated on the ground floor level adjacent to the garden.
On the rear terrace there is a full sized table tennis table, bats and balls supplied
The village centre is an easy 8 minute walk with several bars, restaurants, offering a variety of foods which include Spanish, Italian and European, a gift /paper shop (daily newspapers plus a mini market with a wide range of groceries, fruit and vegetables, also freshly baked croissants and baguettes.
Addaia marina is within a short stroll (approximately 3 minutes) and offers a relaxing venue for meeting friends for drinks, lunch or evening meal, the marina offers a picturesque view of the various boats and yacht's moored nearby. A very relaxing way to watch the moon rise with a glass of wine on hand.
