Phase 1 (Beach, Island, Leeward Streets) pool will be closed, starting April 29th, 2024 for deck resurfacing and all guests are to use the Phase 2 pool. Phase 2 (Packary Street) pool will be closed, starting May 6th, 2024 for deck resurfacing and all guests are to use the Phase 1 pool. This has been factored into the current pricing and no additional discounts will be applied. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Come enjoy watching your kids splash around in the sparkling pool from your own private patio. This property offers guests the enjoyment of being poolside but also the privacy of being an end unit. Another benefit of being in the end unit is you have got the shortest walk to your two reserved parking spots. Inside you will found the well-equipped kitchen opens to the breakfast bar, dining and living areas which is great for entertaining larger parties. Moving past the kitchen you will find the laundry room, guest bathroom and then the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom comes with a mounted flat screen TV, queen size bed and twin bunks. Next is the master bedroom with a flat screen TV, king size bed and its own private bathroom. 2 additional guests can sleep on the queen size sleeper sofa as well.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION OF 35LBS OR LESS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
