Poolside Apartment in Kalkan Old Town, Turkey
About susan flynn
We are Sue and Sean Flynn and we have just purchased the beautiful Villa Sultaniye. We have been visiting Kalkan for about 12 years and are lucky enough to have several Kalkan properties already, all wonderful apartments so we are delighted to have a villa too. We currently live in the UK and visit Kalkan 4-5 times in and out of the season. Hopefully in the future we will be fortunate enough to be able to spend longer periods of time in this wonderful location.

Excellent value and location, poolside apartment
Stayed in this lovely apartment for a week during April. The owners were extremely informative and provided excellent post booking communication. If you are new to Kalkan they will help you to understand the area and if not, they provide a really reliable service anyway. The walk into and out of town is easy to navigate so for first time visitors this is a bonus. It was clean, spacious and nothing is too much trouble (also very good shower !) I am a regular in Kalkan and tend to book different accoms each visit but I will be returning to this one. Thankyou Sean and Sue from Louise, Terry and Jodie.
Great holiday in kalkan
Very clean and tidy and very spacious. Ideal position close to centre and all its amenities. Pool an added bonus and we had it all to ourselves. Would not hesitate to return again.
Thanks Lynn, so pleased you have enjoyed your stay. We also love the convenient location and as you say, most of our guests have the pool completely to themselves. We would be delighted if you returned to Cennet. Many thanks, Sue and Sean x
The only minor grumbles were there was no dishwasher as advertised and the pillows were lumpy! Other than that wonderful stay!
Hi Alison, thanks so much for taking the time to write a review. As I said in my email, I was very dismayed to hear about the pillows - these were brand new in May and I can only imagine a guest may have attempted to wash them. These have now been replaced again. If you had let me know when you were there we would have definitely had new ones given to you by Samet. Our customer service is second to none and we would always rectify anything a guest had an issue with and fortunately they are few and far between. Re the dishwasher we have never had one in Cennet Apt and we were not aware that the box was ticked on Owners Direct. I believe that this was done as part of Owners Direct change overs to HomeAway as many owners have reported inaccuracies within their listings which weren't there previously. I am delighted that you enjoyed your stay though and I would look forward to welcoming you once again. Thank you, Sue x
Wonderful appartment in old town!
We had a lovely holiday in this wonderful appartment. We loved it so much. Quiet but still a very short walk to the Beautiful old town with his restaurants and shops.
We loved the pool and in the chilly evenings we loved the comfortable sofa!
We defnitly come back.
Thanks to Sue and Sean and also the lovely family of Samet.
Well proportioned and equipped apartment close to the Old Town
Had a delightful late season break in Cennet. The apartment was spotless and spacious. Pool area well equipped with loungers etc and availability of pool towels was a bonus. Sharp knives in the kitchen was a pleasant surprise compared to other rental properties and the water cooler was a great addition. Bluetooth speaker provided.
Location was excellent with short trip down into Old Town. Well stocked Carrefour supermarket very close (less than 5 min walk).
Very helpful and easy to contact owners.
We` hope to visit again.
Perfect location for the Old Town
We loved our stay at Cennet apartment. It was lovely having the pool just outside... Very convenient for keeping cool as the weather was so very hot. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is the first time we have ever stayed so close to the old town and we loved it...only a small hill to climb! We would definitely stay there again.

Kalkan is a sophisticated holiday destination offering the best restaurants on the Turkish coast with menus to suit all tastes and pockets. These can be found along the waterfront or in Kalkan's quaint, narrow, winding streets. Many are roof terraces with stunning views over the bay. The shops offer a wide variety of merchandise, and the supermarkets stock a good range of provisions and offer free delivery for both you and your purchases. The weekly Thursday market provides a very entertaining brush with Turkish culture as well as the opportunity to barter for a bargain or purchase local produce.
