Set within rolling mountains and olive groves, the house benefits from an enclosed courtyard which affords complete privacy for dining or sunbathing. Immediately outside the courtyard there is a large enclosed patio area which accommodates the swimming pool. Panoramic views surround the pool area, over the hills and small mountain with the church on top whose cross is lit at night which provides a useful beacon when walking back from the bar. Situated in a central location on a good road network for the coast or the cultural centres of Seville, Granada, or Cordoba. The house lies some 5kms from the Moorish town of Iznajar which is set by the Lake of Andalucia.

Notes on accommodation: There is a non-smoking policy in the house. The house has been inspected & is registered with the Andalucian Tourist Office. Outside: Enclosed paved courtyard with outdoor furniture, barbecue and chimenea, leading to enclosed large patio and private pool (8m x 4m). Olive groves where there is ample space for parking. Utility Room: Washing machine and ironing facilities. Cleaning / Towels / Bed Linen/ provided, House cleaned after each letting. Other: We have a cot available, which can convert to a junior bed.

Fab farmhouse with plenty of room, lovely pool in lovely country side.

We stayed here for nearly two weeks. We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful farmhouse.

It had loads of room which really suited us being a large family. The double room, another lounge and balcony upstairs was perfect for my son and his girlfriend to have some of their own space.

My children loved the pool outside and the views are beautiful. The local pub is within walking distance and the owner was so welcoming. The food was very good too!

I was nervous about booking, l did not need to be. Peter made the whole process easy and went out of his way to help us with what we needed, cot, highchair, late check in/out. Thank you Peter for recommending the best car hire company we have ever used and letting us stay in your beautiful house. We had a lovely relaxing time, thank you.

Peaceful holiday in idyllic setting in Spain!

If you are looking for a complete break from the hustle and bustle of a busy home & work life, there is no better place than Casa Dos Hermanos! Set in peaceful, beautiful idyllic surroundings in the Spanish mountains, all you can do is take in the amazing views and completely relax. The villa is rustic but clean and well maintained and has so much character. There is a private pool which is perfect to cool you off on those incredibly hot summer days and a great bar and small supermarket in walking distance. Perfect for families or an adults only holiday - good value and would definitely recommend, we hope yo go again soon!

Excellent accommodation - thoroughly recommended!

We loved Dos Hermanos. The owners have carried out a sensitive restoration of a farmhouse maintaining wonderful character in an idyllic setting. The kids loved the pool and we had great family evenings in the enclosed courtyard. Great location close to the coast & Granada, Iznajar and with the brilliant Los Pajaritos restaurant & bar 5 mins walk away. Cant wait to go back. We have fallen in love with the place!!

There are many beach resorts within the hour from the property, by car. Nerja, Benelmadena, Toremolinas, Puerto Banus and Marbella to name a few and Gibraltar is approx. 2 hours away. We tend to make a full day of a coastal visit, eating there in the evening and then returning to the peace and tranquility of the countryside.


Malaga and Granada airports are both equidistant from the property, approx 55km from the house. Both airports have major road networks to the house and are within easy directions. Car hire is recommended and is available at cheap rates from the airports.


The village is less than 5 minutes walk and has an excellent bar/restaurant with an English menu and a small local supermarket for basic supplies. The town of Iznajar with Moorish castle and church is situated on the large lake of Andalucia and is a 10 minute drive. There are banking facilities and local shopping with a weekly local markets. The towns of Archidona and Antequera are some 20 minutes away and have large supermarkets and shopping mall.

Further Details:

Horse riding, , walking, fishing and cycling are all catered for in the locality, & boat/ canoe hire & activity holidays are on the lake at Iznajar. There are a large variety of restaurants in the immediate vacinity and nearby towns, with the local restaurant one of the best with a varied menu. The owner Antonio is welcoming and can speak a little English. The cultural centres of Granada, Seville and Cordoba are full of historical and architectural interest and are well worth a visit. The natural parklands of the Sierra Nevadas and Torcal provide breathtaking scenery. There is a sandy beach and a bar on the lake at Iznajar.

Booking is directly through the owners by email or a deposit of £50 per week is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance plus a security bond of £100 is payable 14 days before the commencement of the stay and the bond will be refunded within 14 days from the date of vacation providing the property is left in a satisfactory condition.

Changeover Day:
We can be flexible as to arrival days to accommodate. cheaper weekday flights. The property will not be available before 3pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 11 am on the date of departure.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Euros are acceptable at the prevailing rate of the day.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
