Hi,Let me introduce ourselves we are Joy and John and live in the village of Llanishen in Monmouthshire we run local pub and holiday cottages for the past 14 years. Over the years we talked about buying a home in the sun with the intention of someday retiring there or, at least spending the very bleakest months (January to March) of the years

We first visited Lanzarote in 1999 when we holidayed there with our son and my parents.Over the following years we holidayed there many times and fell in love with the Island.We also run a local village pub (Carpenters Arms) and we have just had two 5* holiday cottages built alongside the pub.

Why they chose this property
There were many reasons why we decided to purchase in Lanzarote–flight time is just under 4 hours, the time zone is the same, the Island is so beautiful and unspoilt and of course the guaranteed sunshine all year round.What more could one ask for! We decided on Playa Blanca well, simply because none of the other resorts could compete.Playa Blanca has it all - low rise, well planned resort with the most breath-taking views and beaches and just 25 minutes drive from the airport.A few minutes walk from the coastline which hosts 2 beaches–Papagayo and Playa Dorada the local shops are just around the corner.The town of Playa Blanca is a 15 minute walk away.When we viewed the property with its location just a few minutes from the coast we just knew this was what we had been looking for

Villa Casa Blanca, is for peace and tranquility built to a very high specification, large garden, private pool (electrically heated), private parking, high ceilings with fans in each bedroom in the lounge and master bedroom to give a light and airy this is a great villa feeling.We decorated the interior ourselves and we visit regularly to upkeep the property and ensure it is maintained at the high standard that we want and would expect We have 5star cottages in wales .We have engaged the services of a local English speaking villa management company and our housekeepers Jayne take as much pride in the Villa as we do.Should you choose to rent with us we can assure you that we will look after you very well as we appreciate that your holiday is important to you.Villa Casa Blanca offers peace and tranquility and is a ‘Home Away From Home'
